Went in amd was met by an Incredibly rude and ignorant older female employee who said we could not use the washroom. Then she refused to tell us when asked where a public washroom may be located. While cashiers are nice, car wash often has debris on the ground. Damaged my car and manager said did not happen there and now I am stuck paying $900+ for bodyshop and paint.

Don’t go here. If there was the option for negative stars I would do it. The owner is all about cheating the customers. Every evening he turns up his pieces 10 cents over everyone else for the whole night to catch unsuspecting clients (seen in the photo provided) Go to shell across the street they are honest.
How did the drink i buy become more expensive to buy 2 of then it was for 3? The dep down the road literally has the correct price for three. This place is charging more than the ghetto gas station I go to regularly near my home. They also close at like midnight and are not even close to being 24 hrs.
Services is not very good, employee are slow and worst then that one is doing the cashier and the second one stop the second cashier and goes fill up the 2-3 missing bottle and chips on the shelves instead of taking care of the line up of 9 persons in the store. It could have wait a bit, shelves where 4/5 full. I told the cashier and he said thats what their boss told them to do. Even if there is a line up.
Bad management at this place.

And, plenty of notes that there is no 89, 91 or 94 essence, which I di not care because I always put 87, but surprise… I was charged the price of 91… the employee was very incompetent and rude, asking me to come another day to speak with the manager, like I have nothing else to do then check at ****-canada when the manager is available
