You ask, you get. I have spent lots of money on items that are still functional and safe. Friendly and handsome staff. Quick precise response to questions. Friendly smiles that put you at ease. Lots of varieties in merchandise, lots of choices of the same item. Prices are very reasonable and beat competition by far.
Great Canadian Tire, items are usually in stock, unlike other stores. Friendly staff.
I bought a bike online and 1 day later they cancelled it because they dont have it anymore. Very annoying
i love canadian tire, but no matter what store, every single time i call, they pick up, tell me to wait one moment, and put me on hold. to then be on hold for usually a minimum of 8-9 minutes, where i usually hang up and call again, and the cycle continues. disapointed.
Canadian Tire is the perfect example with what is wrong with on premises shopping. They do not invest, they rather burden the customer with “as tolerable as possible” the hardship of shopping. Self checkout is another example aside from completely random organisation of the store. This is the last time I update my review. The were a ton of people at the store today. First nice week end this year. And again the self checkout, half of it turned off. I guess the store likes to give that false illusion that self checkout is going to to be done quick and easy.
Yet, they completely ignore the lineups, and there were some, and keep the terminals off. How darn hard is it to just turn them on to ease capacity? It’s just callous not to.
