- Reviews:This location always has some special surprises. Great location excelent service.By Chef Collection (RSV youtube) (5 months ago)I am still inside the shop 1:02pm on 20/05/2021 and this guy in the paint section I asked him help for paint for wood and he was really rude with my wife and I, And just want us to get a way from there. The respected responsible people have to take action against to these kind of unfit people in the customer service. It’s so embarrassing to me standing. I think we as a customer deserves better respect.. NOTE : Not everyone are like this Thank you…✊🏽By Mayuran Murugaiah (2 years ago)I had an issue with my wipers making noise, I brought my car in for a check up to find the issue which is 40 dollars to do the check up. I was told that if I repair the car there after the issue is identified I will be reimbursed the 40 dollar check up and pay the cost of the parts and labour which was a 2 hour job. So I paid at the time of the check a deposit of the 40 dollars and parts cost to order them, but I was told I would be refunded the 40 dollars when I fix the car out of the labour cost on my second visit. So I did so, after they fixed it i told them that I should get the 40 dollar refund they said that this is not policy and there is no refund. The employee at the time that told me so wasn’t present and they refused to contact him to check into they made me pay the full amount and said they would speak to the responsible employee and then give me a refund if I turns out it was as I said. But the manager insinuated they I am lying to get a 40 dollar refund, which is not nice and they were aggressive. It seems like it Could be shady Practice to get me to do the repair and then go back on their word. Guess I will find out if they are truthful if they follow through, I just don’t appreciate being called a liar. 40 dollars is a small amount for a 400 or so repair, also they charge me 2 hours of labour when the work took only 1.5 hours, saying if the mechanic is fast and good at his job I still pay two hours, they should charge the actual time. Doesn’t seem right. I don’t recommend coming here, this wasn’t a pleasant experience.By Fadi Hage (5 months ago)Since I was a child, I loved Canadian Tire because of the variety of items stocked. This store is exceptional. Everything one could need can be found here. We went in for water shoes. Boy, what a nice selection for great prices. I checked out the website before heading over.By Alanna Albert (a month ago)People are friendly and polite. Just depends how you approach them, and if you are driving a car you should know your car(I mean the parts and prices, you should explore before getting your car to any mechanic shop). Costca, the manager, is the go-to guy for any questions. It always takes time , be prepared to wait for couple of hours sometime.By Manu Edigas (2 months ago)

- Reviews:The worst garage ever…they are a complete rip off! Avoid this place at all costs….the mechanics are incompetent and dishonest. Went is for a power steering pump replacement job and they ended up ruining other parts of the car (belt/pressure line hose)and then it leaked out completely right after leaving the store . They didn’t even check if they installed the part properly( no inspection was done after the job)…..and when I brought it back they just made up new stories how it’s not even their fault. And ended up costing more to redo everything plus a damaged pressure line hose and connectors. Do not recommend going there for car service very incompetent and unprofessional ppl. And horrible customer service.By Ashifur Ridoy (a month ago)Avoid this store! You can’t trust the online stock numbers, because they say it’s in stock, but it’s not. Many aisles blocked by pallets of stock they haven’t unpacked. Pricing errors, which they refuse to apply the consumer protection law ($10 off) unless you argue and call a manager and threatened with media exposure. Oh, and your treated like a criminal by searching your bag upon exit, even if you bought something. Other Canadian Tire stores treat their customers with respect. Go there instead.By Marc-Andre Gingras (4 months ago)It’s alright as far as Canadian tires go. My issue is the new entry and exit gates that they’ve added, I’m assuming to prevent shoplifting. It makes shopping there less enjoyable, plus the woman who seemed to be overseeing these automated gates was rude too. I just want to buy plant pots, not be yelled atBy Jonathan St Michael (4 months ago)Very good Canadian Tire location. Have never had issues buying, rturning or picking up items. Clean, well spaced out and employees are generally well trained and ready to help.By George Viron (4 months ago)Auto service center got great staff i usually deal with Nick in the front desk and hamed who works as mecahnic in my car im a busy worker working in healthcare and only available on weekends and every time i go in for service the service level is amazing with qualified technicians and great replacement cars when I leave my car for mechanical repairs. Labour rate is a bit high than actual market but I would pay for the great service thanks to the team. Kindest regards SanaBy sana asana (5 months ago)

Canadian Tire is chain of huge stores across the Canada. These stores cater the needs ranging from a pin to machines, kitchen ware, cutlery, home needs, building stuff, baggage, sports, mountaineering & camping, casual & winter wears, stationary, decoration, plants and……… What not. Heavily stocked store full of racks.
Very kind and helpful staff. Easy access and near the metro station. Self checkout is available
It’s been about 15 years since I’ve last visited Canadian Tire. Wow. The store sure has changed. It’s like a Costco with the good aisle we bought home goods, rugs and kitchen goods. Clean and very well priced with great selections. We really enjoyed the experience. Will be back.
Hi. It’s nice to see that previous reviews are acknowledged by the owner. I was trying to find a way to give feedback, which I need to do regarding the curb-side pick up, which did not go very well for me today. Please consider clearer signage on where to go for pick up (since that is what my order confirmation tells me to look for), and perhaps also find a way for those who pick orders up to not then have to go into the mall to validate the parking ticket. Curbside is a great option for people with kids or mobility issues, but having to go into the mall to validate the parking negates the accessibility. The convenience is also undermined by having to wait 25 minutes (AFTER finding where to go) to get a single item. I will conclude by saying that the store is nice and clean and amazingly always has what I need in stock, including items I would not expect to find “downtown.” Pick up just needs a little attention.
