- Reviews:I had my car serviced here under the prior ownership who provided great service. The staff of the current ownership was friendly for certain. But that’s as good as it gets. When I called to make a service appointment for an oil leak, they asked that I provide the make and model of my car (2016 Land Rover LR4), which of course I did. No issue, booked me for an appointment the following week. Dropped my car off @ 9:00am, had a ride pick me up. Then, after having my car all day, they called be back around 230pm to tell me that Indo indeed have a leak (yes, I was aware of that) but they just didn’t feel comfortable taking my engine apart to assess where the leak was coming from. They further informed me that they also didn’t have the proper diagnostic tools for my car, or any European car. Then proceeded to charge me $37.00 just for telling me what I already knew. HUH?!?! Of course, they already knew they couldn’t address or fix any issue on my car when I initially called, intentionally misleading me as they proceeded to book me for a service just to collect a $37.00 fee from me. I discovered KCK Automotive thanks to so many raving reviews and now I am beginning to understand why. This is not an ordinary automotive shop but rather an extraordinary one. The team works together as a family and now I’ve come to understand the customers are family too. Last year I walked into the waiting area to be greeted by a couple from Sudan, a woman from India, a woman from Mexico, and a man from Jerusalem. One gentleman had been servicing his car there for more than 20 years.They were talking about their positive experiences with KCK Automotive, the competent trustworthy team, and charges very fair prices. Then I noticed, no one was on their phones. What an international clientele. On another occasion, I met the owner of Pak Halal, the International Grocery in Lenexa. Another time, I met a family from Mexico and before I knew it, I was holding her grand baby. There is more to KCK Automotive than what meets the eye. The team is friendly, hardworking, and you never know which languages you might hear. I’m very grateful to have discovered team KCK Automotive. Thank you for the pleasant experiences, excellent care and service for my car, and interesting people I have met. I have a feeling that one day I will be that person saying I’ve been coming here for 20 years…..
The king of cars. Tony fixed my Cadillac issue like nothing. I been dealing with this issue for a whole month. But he really got mechanic smart brain. He make things look so easy. His the best.
KCK Automotive is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to, and I cannot thank my friend enough for referring me.
The staff are honest and kind, and they do a heck of a job. They swapped out my rear brakes and rotors for far cheaper than any other shop, but while still doing a quality job.
Also, a mouse went in to my car and wreaked havoc, chewing on every single wire that it could, requiring me to replace my entire electrical system. They were kind and patient while assessing the damage, and kept me notified every step of the way.
Will never go to another shop again.
This shop is well run the team here truly wants what is best for their customers. I have used this shop many times and am always amazed at the level of service and the care with which they operate. I always drive older used cars and have tried many shops never have I ever had a shop who did such a great job and where I felt like they truly cared. I would send my family here and know that they would be treated well.
Absolute best auto repair shop in the entire KC Metro. The owner Tony is a gem of a human being. Honesty, integrity, expertise, and the best pricing for outstanding service. I know for a fact that hundreds, probably thousands of customers would say the same.
