- Reviews:Had my car washed here last week and was very disappointed with the experience. To start, the wash takes +10 minutes for a cycle. After the wash, the car was visibly dirty. The dirt was not just limited to areas that might have been hard to get to, but also large, open surfaces which were clearly sprayed. The dirt was not super tough or hardened, just dust and mud that stayed on in multiple areas. Would not recommend going. Sometimes I pay and the wash doesn’t work. There usually is nobody around to help when that happens, and you have to back out of the bay. I have used this auto car wash multiple times with no problems in the past. Today neither was working correctly. One was closed completely with cone in front of entrance and the machine for the other was malfunctioning – unreadable screen and unclear verbal directions – to the point that I was not able to figure out what it would charge me or when to run my card so I left despite waiting in line for close to 30 minutes for the single working auto wash. Self wash was still working and others before and after me in auto wash line seemed to be able to get machine to work sufficient to get a car wash. Still have dirty spots on the car after washing. The owners will run this business in to the ground like they did Gateway Motors. I’ve owned it for eight years, and when I got it, it had been used for several years. When I got it back, I barely recognized it. I didn’t know my dashboard was black, not light grey. The difference is night and day. Matt’s did a STAGGERINGLY good job cleaning it, and I count myself lucky that I have another car that I can have cleaned. It looks so good that I don’t even want to touch it. The people who work there are great, they work fast, and they’re friendly. Used their service twice now as it’s right by my doctor’s office but I’m not impressed.
I agree with one previous review that mentions “folding the mirrors”. When the wash is done the mirrors are either still dirty or soapy inside.
If all the rollers (brushes) were made of a softer material, maybe they would do a better job removing all the dirt.
Overall ok if you just need a quick wash.
The 1 car wash a day deal is great! Pretty much 25.00 for a month and you get one wash a day as long as the place is open.There are some car washes that cost 23.00 so you are making your money back in a few washes.
It isn’t touch less, but soft touch and the colors of the soap and wash are great. It is kind of going through Willy Wonkas train (?)
Aa little far away, but just combine trips where I went ti the Subway next door after the wash.

Went through and paid $21 for their top of the line auto wash… what a joke! Talk about highway robbery…
We have a car wash pass for convenience.
Unfortunately a new feature at the kiosk requires everyone to decline an upgrade .
This defeats all the convenience of having a pass.
Sincerely this feature can be disabled.
i’ve been coming here for years and it’s been a relatively great experience. the wash would always rip the roof molding off my car but i could always push it back down after i exited the car wash. recently, it took the entire strip off and i emailed the company only to have them not follow up. a similar issue with the car wash being a bit too intense for my housemates car as well. the employees working there have always been kind and quick to move cars along, especially on peak days.
