- Reviews:I am not one to leave bad reviews. I love to support businesses compared to talking down on them but I am not impressed. I went in to get the 44$ “detail” but the moment I went to get back in my car I noticed a lot of spots they missed. My cup holders were still full of crumbs and all wet, the doors still had dirt all over them, my seats still had a big white spot, my steering wheel still had dirt on it, the dash still had a couple spots, and my carpet on the passenger side was full of coffee from a spill that had happened earlier. Paid for the 44 dollar “detail” and it was lackluster at best. When I arrived home, I noticed the windows were not cleaned (I could see old fingerprints). The cup holders still had spilled coffee from a earlier Starbucks disaster. Seats and crevices still had some dirt. Realized I wasted money and do a much better job myself. First off Clean Ride Auto did such an amazing job! My Jeep looks brand new, smells brand new and all the dog hair was 100% removed! Highly recommend! Pros: NONE Literally a $65 car wash and an armoul wipe down is all it is in reality. I am beyond disappointed that I wasted my money in hopes of having even a reasonable detail for the price, but all things considered this was 100% a waste of money. Spending $20+ I was expecting so much more. The attendant was less than enthusiastic about performing their job. The effectiveness of the wash was minimal at best. Rinse cycle was basically usless as soap remained right into the drying process. Far to much dirt and grime left behind after wash was complete. I realize the wash a lot of towels.
But can there ever be DRY towels.
Do they not know how to clean the lint filter.
Are they over filling the dryer.
Just trying to make sure my doors don’t freeze shut.
Or give me some towels to take home to dry myself to have in the car.
I open account with Silverstar in March 2020 . The person working there made a change to my account and ended up with two accounts instead of one. So three years later I caught this and I’ve been paying for two accounts when should of been only charged for one and was told there’s nothing that can be about their mistake.
Fantastic. Literally everything you desire in a perfect carwash. It’s fast, detailed, affordable, and the customer service is great. Not clean enough? They’ll let you go again. Need a vacuum? They have that. Need enough locations so they’re close to everything? Silver star is so big I can get to one within 5 minutes from anywhere in town. Big fan!
Three out of the last five washes I have been demoted from the top wash package to a lesser one. Although I’m usually satisfied with the overall outcome, I am paying for the best and not receiving it.
Nice car wash $25+ tax=$26.63 for the Platinum Plus. The Platinum Plus is their most expensive wash. If you’re not an out of Towner like me I recommend you get the monthly package to save some money, otherwise it’s too expensive.
