- Reviews:I liked the accessible parking lot. The place was fairly clean. The machines did not have clear instructions. I was charged $25 but I was only told I was authorizing $10. I was charged 2.5 times the amount the machines listed. I had to unkink and untangle the hoses. The different stalls are not sectioned off fully so you get wet and soapy from other washers. Due to covid-19 every time i fill my car with gas, I then go and wash my hands which is very important. I do not use sanitizer all the time when we have soap and water to wash our hands. I would request everyone to avoid this gas station incase they wish to go and wash their hands. Will also report to health department. Had a couple good experiences prior to today. The car was cleaned to a degree but they left out the back area that was mentioned three times to be cleaned. Not sure if we got our $46 worth.
We used to go to villa all the time and our car would come out looking pristine!! I could pay my 12 year old $10 do do a better job, and I will next time. Almost $50 for this? Really? Did you even wipe anything down?
Full service interior and exterior. You be the judge. These photos were taken in the parking lot before I left this morning. While this could be a “training” issue, I specifically asked if they could pay more attention to the interior cleaning as the last time, the clean was not thorough. Exterior and vacuuming were fantastic- not worth 46 dollars.
2023-02-02 DONT GO THERE JUST DONT! NOT WORTH IT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TERRIBLE STAFF, RUDE MANAGER she would not even give me the owners information or let me file a complaint! That is not okay or professional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unless you want your car interior destroyed. I would never go back! Wrecked my radio! they soaked my radio and messed up the electronics in my vehicle, than tried to justify and turn it around back on me when I called them out on it instead of taking accountability. They wrecked my window button somehow then vacuumed my car window button into there shop vac which is unacceptable. I insisted someone to find the button as my windows were wide open as I noticed my button was missing no button after the service was complete and the staff were very argumentative and beyond rude about it to me and made excuses to not even attempt to locate it in the shop vac until I lost my patience and offered to look myself and the staff even tried justifying there mistakes and mess ups they made!. They would not refund me and when I got into my vehicle it was still gross and not done properly at all and everything was soaking wet. I am beyond frustrated the way it was handled as I am writing this review I hope the OWNER sees this post and does something about the issues and staff they have because everything was handled very poorly today 2023-02-02 and just saying you don’t get to argue with customers when your in the wrong just own the mistake and fix the problem! That is good customer service than trying to argue your point!
Worst ever. The previous owners were great and the service was great!! Now the hours are horrible and the service is terrible. The interior is poorly done with dusty or dirty rags so it comes out all full lint and white stuff. Poor poor job on the interior. You can over speak with owner, who is rarely there, and when you ask the staff about contacting the owner, they say they cant. People generally work through the week and their hours are not conducive to getting there after or before work. Saturday is the only day and it is full up. I don’t know why Esso would associate with this place. And the best part is even if you wanted to wash your own car, there is no soap.
