Starting with Ashley who was phenomenal and very awesome to work with followed by the phenomenal job of cleaning our messy vehicle inside and out. They gave me a ride back to my house after dropping my vehicle off and on top of that they also dropped my vehicle off at my door when it was finished which was not expected. My driver and the drop off group we’re also very nice to deal with and we will be bringing our other vehicle in to have it done as well very soon. While waiting in the car line, we saw roughly a dozen actors dressed up in creepy costumes walking among the cars. A clown in a mask came up to our car, and since we had tinted windows, he looked in the back windows. Presumably he was looking for kids to scare, but it was just my husband & I so he shrugged his shoulders & walked away. I was a little worried there would be some jump scares inside the car wash, but when nothing occurred I realized that would be huge safety hazard. Still, the lighting inside seemed a lot darker in some parts & flashier in other parts, so it complemented the spooky ambience outside. Very friendly helpful attendant at the drive up window. Bought the mid-level package: truck was prewashed by attendants, they also removed our antenna as it could have been an issue with our type of vehicle. Wash was good, machine dried, and free vacuuming available which was very convenient. That being said, my husband and I both were vacuuming at the same time and it seemed the suction was quite a bit less powerful when 2 hoses were in use. The end of the vacuum was easy to manuver but there were some places it was too thick to get into.
Not impressed. My car had spots that were still dirty. Every single vacuum was broken. I don’t think paying almost $20 for a car wash is worth it when you get a terrible wash and can’t vacuum.
Had my rear wiper arm completely broken off noticed it later on the weekend as i was travelling the day i got it washed .Guy says they cant do anything about it since it was 4 days before. Made me decide not to go there anymore.
Fast and does a pretty good job but I’ve been a few times and it always bends my front license plate. I don’t have that issue at other touch washes. It is nice that they are open in colder temps than the gas station car washes.
Just be aware of what you are actually purchasing when buying a buy on get one month. They will not give you the details of the fine print and take your money once you give them a card on file. Be aware of this terrible business and their ways of doing business. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT BUY MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!!!!!!!
