  1. Impeccable service from start to end. I called to set up an appointment and they saw me the same day, gave me a loaner car and had my car done by 4 pm. I spoke to David and he was able to give me an estimate of services. David was very professional over the phone. I spoke to Pat when I got to the location and easy as pie check in. Pat was excellent. Later on in the day picking up my car. James and Triston were very professional and had great attitudes which is really hard to find now a days. I feel like Neil’s customer service is impeccable and that’s why people keep coming back. Keep it up Neil staff! Y’all are doing great. I know the community appreciates it.

  2. I recently moved to the DMV area, so when my car started making an unwelcome noise I was worried about not knowing where to go and the prospect of being financially ‘taken for a ride.’ My coworker happened to recommend Skyline Automotive and I am so grateful. While the ultimate diagnosis for my car was not great (transmission on its way out), my experience was. Pat was incredibly helpful explaining the most economical next steps and Katie was kind and professional as well. On top of the great service, they didn’t even charge me anything for the diagnosis/basic check up – and offered free shuttle service! They have won a customer for life.

  3. I would like to give a big thanks to Ben Nielsen’s Skyline Automotive. My Daughter was about to embark on an 8 hour trek back to college – much of the drive in the dark. As she was about to leave she noticed her headlight warning was on. We did not have much to to schedule an appointment so we dropped by and the gentleman at the Front Desk came outside and replaced the headlight lamp for us. My daughter was on the road less than 45 minutes after her planned departure.

Thank you so much – Ben Nielsen’s Skyline Automotive!!

  4. My first time using this auto repair shop. Very. Pleasantly. Surprised.
I will give Skyline Automotive another opportunity to continue to wow me.
They fixed the airbag light issue going on with my car at a Very, Reasonable, Price.
My service advisor, Katie, was a joy to work with, extremely professional, and helpful like I have not experienced in a while. She also arranged my shuttle ride to the Metro.
Definitely doing business again with them soon.

  5. Highly recommend. They were , honest and very helpful.Katy is an excellent service manager. They did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle and kept me informed about progress fixing the issues that my car had. When they couldn’t finish by the time they said it would be done, Katy offered the use of a loaner car. Skyline Automotive will now be my shop of choice. Customer service was outstanding.

Maribel was very knowledgeable and professional.

I would give the service department a triple A rating . Along with five stars!

They even washed my car after service.

This dealership, I trust and always get my new vehicle from priority.
Their srvc advisors are equally professional and have great customer service.
Def recommend Priority Nissan Chantilly if you are looking for your next vehicle or repair service.

Arrived without an appointment was told it would take about an hour and a half for the safety inspection. I sat down got something to eat and 10 minutes later they called me and said it was ready. They really know how to service vehicles and take care of their customers at the service department. You can buy a car anywhere but here you get the best service.

STEER CLEAR! I decided to bring my Nissan NV2500 to Priority to get serviced and have a recall taken care of. I decide to drive an hour and a half, past dozens of mechanic shops to pay premium dollar for a professional and time efficient service so I could get my company’s only vehicle back on the road. After a week, and $6000, 6 hours after I picked up my vehicle I was stranded on the side of 29. For the first time ever I needed a tow which Priority is covering. After it was towed back, I get a phone call the next day and they’re trying to tell me I was driving with the parking brake on. This is absurd who uses the parking brake anymore? Certainly not me. Priority is currently trying to weasel out of accountability for there insufficient mechanics shortcomings. I will never ever recommend or use this company again. I tried to do the best thing I thought possible to keep me vehicle on the road and have paid $6K for a bunch of headaches I don’t have time for. STEER CLEAR!

Top notch service department. Customer service is hard to come by in today’s day and age but the service writer team at Priority Chantilly brings hope that it still exists. I have serviced my diesel truck here for over 80k miles and have had nothing but 5 star++ service every time. Keep up the good work my friends !! Thank you !

Asked lady if they’d install an air filter I bought for a few bucks during the oil change? They charged me half hour labor for a 5 minute air filter installation. I was expecting 10 dollars for install at most. Cost me 45 dollars for that air filter. Probably would have charged 100, if I bought the air filter there. If I’d of known the price beforehand, I’d of put the air filter in myself. They didn’t calibrate on my cars computer, that they did the new oil change either. I feel cheated and violated by their terrible customer service.

Terrible experience at “Sullivan’s family auto repair” in the Oceanfront, Virginia Beach. Taking my truck to another mechanic after spending 1000$ here.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with any business in my entire lifetime. I took my car in September of 2021 for some repairs. Tom Sullivan was referred to me as the go to Ford guy. The communication was non existent. The first time I even spoke to him was the beginning of April 2022. Excuse after excuse..I still need to take it to someone else now. 8 months of pure frustration. It would have been nice to work with a company that at least acted like they care. Would never refer this guy to anyone. I could write 3 pages of my horrible experience.
