The experience have been so nice being here, it’s so clean and everyone is so helpful. The guy who helped me was the sweetest! Hands down I like the service as well. Glenda was my service advisor. I had to keep calling to check the status of my car. Anytime I was given a several times I would be notified about updates. That didn’t happen. Then my Husband approved for the repairs and it still took longer than I was told for repairs to be ready. Also I kept getting phone calls from the sales department to sale my car to get into a new car. Very irritated by the man that kept calling me. The repairs on my 2010 Nissian Altima came to $1,696.74 to repair my car.

I recently completed a brake fluid exchange July 2021. When I went for a routine oil change February 2022, the same brake fluid exchange was recommended due to dirty brake fluid. I explained I just got that done in July but was pressed to get it done again. I declined the service. And told them I would call back later with documentation of getting it completed. After I left, the engine light went on, car was making a rattling sound. I called the with my concerns. To make a long story short, after many phone calls, I finally went in to get the brake fluid exchange at no cost.
Let me tell you, Nissan guarantees their work but it is not a no hassle guarantee!
I was met by the same service advisor who said I did not need the brake fluid exchange because although I was told to do it, the advisor did not see me records and did not realize it was only 1000 miles, so now I did not need it. I insisted because I was told to come in. The advisor said she would talk to a manager because no one was aware of the arrangement. Hassle again.
Finally got it done. Service advisor came back with keys only. No paperwork. Nothing. Verbally said work completed. Engine light still on, worse rattling and a recommended Engine Diagnostics $185.
I know my business means nothing to them, but I trusted them with my vehicle repairs. I arrived at my scheduled appointment. My vehicle was taken right in. Service manager was there to greet me. The person who was working on my job quickly realized he needed a part not in stock and had a person go an obtain it. It was in his hands within 15 minutes. He did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and did not find any issues. Was done and I was completely finished 10.finished
My 1st dealing with Fred Haas Nissan and I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. Everyone must enjoy working there because everyone had a smile, excellent customer service and smooth and quick car service! Serviceman John was great and kept me informed of my service!
Absolutely love this place I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I learned my lesson having my car taken to another maintenance facility. (Not Fred Haas Nissan) I regretted it! I should’ve went to Fred Haas Nissan to begin with. They know their stuff and Jimmy, who helped me at the Tomball location, was absolutely pleasant and wonderful and professional. Will definitely keep going her for my car service.
I really like this location, they take good care of their customers. They were quick with the replacement and everyone was very nice and respectful. One employee, in particular, just made my day! His name is Don and he is such a gem! He was so patient with me today and so so kind. He took the time to have a conversation with me as well as work to help me with lots of things! And I asked him for a lot. So thankful they have staff like this representing their company. He truly is an amazing employee and I will look forward to seeing him every time I come in for a service!
I have always had a good experience when bringing my vehicle here for service. Staff is friendly, professional, and communicate well. The waiting area is clean, TV is kept at a reasonable volume, and there are cubicles and tables away from the TV for more privacy. Shuttle will take you to and from anywhere within a 10 mile radius, if needed. There is another Nissan dealership closer to where I live, but I still choose to go to this one.
