Outstanding.. I brought in a more eccentric older vehicle that was turned away from many other places.. B&L welcomed me and had no problem providing not only a service, but exceptional, detailed, thorough and caring service! The exit process was also exceptional with a detailed visual description of everything that they looked at.. and a priority system of care for the vehicle for least to most concern and How and Why to address those issues. Received no updates without repeatedly calling after my car was already there for 32 hours midweek. After my car was there 56 hours I called back and was told it would be another day, and then asked for cost estimates. Brandon told me the part would be $400 some, and the labor close to $700 some for a total of $1250 including the diagnosis fee. What a crook! A reputable mechanic just down the street confirmed $500 to repair it, parts and all. When I went back to get my key, I saw the part that they had ordered for my car and looked up the model number later. Only $140 for the part. Yes, B and L seems to have a good reputation, but for whatever reason they felt obliged to try to rip me off for a lot of my cash. Great place to get work done on your car. Was traveling cross country and had my check engine light come on with the oil pressure light. Stopped at the dealership and they would not even look at it. Wanted me to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks in the future. I found DJ’s on google maps and called them. They told me to come in after lunch the same day and they would look at it. I did come in and they were able to diagnose the issue and quote me a price to fix it. They were able to fix it the next business day once they received the parts. The reason for the 4 stars is because the final cost came out to be about $300 more than the quoted price. I didn’t mind paying it since they were so accommodating to my schedule. I took my vehicle in for a water pump, timing belt, and radiator replacement. Upon test driving after finishing the work, their mechanic noticed my wheel bearings were shot and they notified me immediately. I knew exactly what they were referring to and I had them replace both of those as well. Brian is very straightforward, personable and professional. I will be returning if anything is needed in the future.

Had been thinking about buying a new or used vehicle, soon after entering the lot our salesperson (Hans) approached us and asked how he could help. We test drove a couple cars but the lot was about to close so had to come back the next day. Hans was in touch most of the day updating us on his availability, making sure when we got there he would be able to help us without a wait. Bought a car that day, super happy so far!
Beware of the sales team here. Definitely will do anything in the book to make a sale and take advantage of you. I had signed purchase documents on a vehicle with them. We have a fully executed purchase agreement and a deposit secure for this transaction and last minute they canceled it all on me to sell to someone else for a couple more bucks. They won’t even refund my deposit. At least I’m still waiting for it. They had time to reply to this 1star review but no time to refund my deposit. Messed up greedy guys over here.
They won’t stand by their signed documents if they can squeeze some extra dollars out of someone else. Such a bummer. No ethics or integrity at this dealership. Nissan should be disappointed in this dealer of theirs.
