I took my 2018 Audi Q5 to them for brake noise.
They gave my car a thorough inspection while there and discovered a coolant leak that I (knew about but) did not mention to them. A year prior, the local Audi dealership had looked at it and wrote in the summary that there was no evidence of my coolant complaint. That example speaks to the level of care Turning Wrenches gave to my vehicle.
The front brakes and rotors were replaced for less money than Audi had quoted, and my car is now super quiet when coming to a stop; she’s like new again! I plan to have the slow coolant leak repaired soon, in addition to some overdue maintenance.
The communication from Turning Wrenches was amazing. They gave me timely updates, emailed a report with photographs, went over the report with me, and gave me options for next steps. The after-hours drop off and pick up is very convenient as well, and the cookies were a delicious little surprise.
It gives me such peace of mind to finally have a mechanic that is kind, professional, respectful, trustworthy, and provides quality service. WOW!

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired to the highest standards.The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, especially Michael Brown who i talked with throughout the process. Michael took his time to explain the issues with my car in a clear and concise manner. They provided me with an accurate estimate of the costs and time required to complete the repairs, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
When I picked up my car, I was delighted to find, a bottle water and cookies for the road. The repairs were completed flawlessly, and my car drove like new again.
The same day i picked my vehicle up, I dropped off my wife’s Porsche Panamera S for service. Nothing short of excellent work again.

Thank God someone referred us to Turning Wrenches. After almost getting completely ripped off by the dealership, (Still overpayed for an oil change and diagnostic check. Never again!) we took it to Turning Wrenches for a second opinion. Wow! Talk about service! Best customer service I have experienced anywhere for anything, bar none! Michael was very friendly. They ran a thorough diagnostic and safety analysis, sent us pictures of everything they found, and ran through it with us step by step! The cost was very reasonable, and they got the work done quickly. Came in for my first schedule service. They were very friendly and thorough with my service on my vehicle. I have aftermarket wheels they rotated and set to the correct torque specs. I was in and out in a hour without an appointment. This is a very modern, recently updated dealership.By JC Griffin (2 months ago)I had to have my Hyundai Sonata towed to the service department because the service engine light come on and it would not run. When I got to the shop to get it signed in they told me that it would be 6 to 8 weeks I was shocked. The car still had a bumper to bumper warranty on it so I asked them for a loaner car and I was told that they had none available. They then told me that they would put me on a waiting list. I ask them for how long they could not give me a date. I said I guess I am going to have to pay for a rental on my own I never really got an answer. How can they expect to have a customer buy a car that has a bumper to bumper warranty when the car breaks down to pay for a rental for an estimated 6 to 8 weeks. They had my car for about 2 1/2 weeks when I stop by to see if they had any news on the problem I talked to the service manager Joel to see what he could do and get a loaner. He said he would move me up on the waiting list for the loaner car. I received a call from the service department about 3 days later telling me my car was done. When I got the car back it has been running good. I bought the extended service warranty for oil changes and tire rotation for 3 years I haven’t had any issue with this. I think they should have loaner cars for these issues it is a dealership. I am always cautious about going to dealerships for service because quite often women and elderly are taken advantage of. I called around to multiple places after having work done and absolutely feel like I was ripped off. I was also quoted one rate for services that I signed for before they started repairs, then while my car already half way repaired after being there 4 days, there was an additional charge to what I later found out was way too much for everything I went in for!! I went in for one issue ended up paying over $1,000 for other services as well and a few of them later found out I didn’t need. In addition to the poor, barely not any real discount for military. Needless to say I will not be returning or purchasing a new vehicle from here that I intended to buy in Jan. I’m extremely disappointed.
Before Whites Auto Mall, I did a lot of business with Sisk! I have bought 5 or 6 brand new vehicles from them in the past 5 years I’ve lived in the area. I bought my Wagoneer back in November, and traded in a vehicle, and they kept my plates! They were supposed to get me DV plates but instead changed it and transferred my plate. I now live 2 1/2 hours away so I got everything in the mail my registration everything and that’s when I found out that they transferred the plate. We called. They said that they would overnight the plate to us and we never received it. We now have no plate, and our temporary tags are expired. We’ve called multiple multiple times trying to talk to somebody left messages and never received phone calls back till I literally just sat there and kept calling the dealership over and over and over and finally got to talk to Mr. Cody. He looked into what happened called us back with the excuse. He don’t know how it happened but there’s no trace of my plate they have lost it and that he cant do anything about it and he apologizes and that’s all he can do is apologize. When you’re in the purchasing process. They are awesome, tentative and helpful. But when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. They seem to not care at all on the situation they caused. I will no longer do any future business nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Granted this probably won’t even be a fart in the wind to the company but least I know they won’t have any of my $$$
The seller Susan was the most amazing seller I ever experienced, I normally buy or change my cars every 2-3 years and so far the best experience I had in more than 27 years or car buying!!
