My Nissan NV came with a 5 year, 100,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty. That’s a big reason why I bought it. We have only 17,000 miles on the car and we bought it less than 4 years ago. About 18 months ago the paint on our hood started oxidizing, and cracking. I told the service department about a year ago and he said they would have to send it out and I would be without my van for a week. I have some time now so I brought it in today, and now they say they won’t fix it. The service manager inspects my hood for about 5 minutes like he’s Sherlock Homes. The guy finds one speck and says, “Yeah…you see that speck..uh this hood has been repainted. That speck wouldn’t be there in a factory paint job.” Liar! The car came to the dealership from the factory, was bought brand new, and has never been painted.
The other thing is that every month they send me oil change coupons in the mail and then when I go in, they refuse to honor them. 😡Town Center Nissan, you get to decide what kind of reputation you have and how you conduct your business. To do the right thing or not. I will never give you my business again, and I will make sure everyone knows how shady you are. You should be ashamed to conduct your business this way.

I just wanted to say, working with Mike Rezi Nissan is about the most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased my second vehicle from them earlier this week. I had previously purchased a ‘21 Frontier in August. I had a wonderful experience working with Cory McLaughlin for this purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. While at the dealership this week for routine service, I was investigating some customization options for my truck. There happened to be a ‘22 unit on the showroom floor that had the same customization options that I was looking into for my ‘21. Since the new truck had many of the upgrades I was investigating already installed, I reached out to Cory to see if trading in for the new truck was even a viable option. To my surprise, Cory and the sales team were able to work out the pricing, negotiate a fair offer on my trade, and provide some creative financing options to make the deal work. I went to Mike Rezi Nissan specifically to look at a used Toyota Highlander I saw online. The dealership itself is very nice–large and clean with lots of friendly employees. I worked with Evan Boggs and had a very positive experience. Evan was very friendly and patient. You can tell he enjoys what he does and works hard to provide top-notch customer service. I’m not big on negotiating and “playing the game”, but I felt like we were able to each give a little and meet in the middle.
