He was very knowledgeable of what my situation was and had me come right in for a quick repair. I arrived 30 minutes later and he took care of me right away. 20 minutes later my car was done and ready for me to take. I love Key Nissan because the guys working there do good honest work and do not over charge you, plus they will always let you know if they recommend any other services by calling you to ask if you would like them done!! Great Service! My Service Advisor Yvonne was awesome in getting my car diagnosed and repaired timely! She stayed in contact with me and updated me on my repair progress. Service manager Jeremy was also great to work with. Lounge had snacks and coffee and Uber service.
I had some issues with my transmission. I made an appointment online. I was happy that I could get an appt right away. I was warmly greeted by Chris. We discussed my concerns. After diagnosis, he informed me what needed to be done. He contacted my warranty company, repairs were made, suggestions for future maintenance, then my car was ready. Chris updated me and he made the whole process very satisfying. Chris even took care of a recall on my hood latch. I feel as though Chris went above and beyond in showing concern that I felt valued and that I was satisfied with the service provided at this location. I hope everyone has a positive experience there-Chris made sure I did!

I came into service my vehicle with no knowledge. I was astonished by how much help I received. I felt as though my questions were repetitive, but to my surprise they seemed to completely understand me and give me the help that I needed. Liz, the customer relations manager, made me feel very comfortable and she was very accommodating. David, the service manager, was amazing at guiding me through the rigorous procedures.
