- Reviews:Great park , good overlook of the ocean. Good dog walking area also has a children’s play area that’s fenced off safely. They also maintain the restrooms well.By Don Derieg (3 weeks ago)Beautiful scenery.. great place to take your doggies and kids… plenty of open space.. close to the beach.. clean.. the only problem is the more homeless are migrating/ sleeping/ screaming/ and with that comes alot of other problems… police gets calls for any trouble makers quickly. - Reviews:This park is HUGE!!!!! The dog park was busy when I went but parking wasn’t an issue. They have a casting club across the way for interested fisherman, and the dog park is enclosed in a fence. There are lots of toys for them to climb, jump, and crawl under, and a big area inside itself so you don’t have to worry if your furry friend runs off. I prefer this dog park to the one at El Dorado, it’s also FREE.By Jessica Leyva (a year ago)The small dog area is very big itself. It would be nice to see it with some grass if possible but overall its a good size for many dogs to all run and play amd have fun. I know my dogs are always excited to go.By Manuel Sanchez (a year ago)This park is awesome. It’s huge with plenty of room for the dogs to run, chase and get some good exercise. Our dog loves to play and meet new friends there. There’s a water fountain they have access to, as well. Parking is limited, so it’s best to arrive early on the weekend.By Nikki Nic (a month ago)Great dog park, very open for off leash walking.By Branden Jackson (3 months ago)Massive enclosed dog run with a training area minutes from the beach. Giant Evergreens fill the enclosure with shade. It’s a wonderful spot to take your pooch. All sizes are welcome. It’s one of the nicest dog parks in all of space and time. Perfect Place for your furry pal to enjoy!Met lots of friendly dogs. Restrooms are located closed to the parking lot . Not that much shade on the beach so I do recommend on putting on sunblock or bringing a umbrella. Water was ever so refreshing. Beach is moderately clean depending on the owners picking up after their dog. Beach isn’t exactly wheelchair accessible but that’s fine as long as your dog enjoyed it your good 😊
Took my dogs for their first time… and it was amazing!! Super clean! Everyone I met was so friendly and all the dogs were so well behaved, on AND off leash. My dogs were a little nervous, this being their first time.. but overall, it was awesome! I highly recommend this beach!!🥰
My mini pin had a wonderful time at the dog beach with other friendly pets. I enjoyed watching Brown feet playing with others breeds of dogs. Brown feet a Texas dog. He never seen so many dogs in his life. He had fun.
It’s so nice to have a designated area at the beach to take your pup. Note, there is no enclosure of any kind here, it is completely open. We arrived before noon on a Saturday and it was fairly busy but the lot was very large with plenty of parking. Definitely bring blankets or a tent if you’re staying a while because dogs are obviously doing their business all over the sand and you don’t want to lie in it. The dog owners seemed very kind and mindful.
It’s always great to go there. If you have dogs, enjoy your time in Rosie’s Dog Beach. There are showers and toilets available. It’s clean and relaxing. Additionally, if you play beach volleyball, bring your ball as there are many volleyball nets overthere. Not too crowded and there are parking available with a fair price.
