Ryan and the crew at Westside performed the most impressive detail I’ve ever had and are priced incredibly reasonably for the quality of work. My X5 was very dirty and covered in dog hair from my two monsters. When I got it back I couldn’t find a single hair inside (a notoriously difficult feat) and even the wheel wells were so clean you could eat out of them. The car literally looked better than the day I got it new off the lot. I had just recently gotten some curb rash on my brand new Tesla premium wheels, 3 days after driving the car off the dealership lot. The Tesla wheels are notoriously known for having rims that stick out further than the tires, so if you hit a sidewalk while parking, you’ll most definitely scratch up the rim. I was in quite a time crunch, and Westside Detail literally took 24 hours from when I called them to make an appointment, to the wheel looking brand new again and being able to drive it back home. I loved the service, and communication provided by both Ray and Ryan. Plus not to mention they had the best price in town while also being the most readily available. Flip did an amazing job with my vehicle; it looks like the day I bought it brand new!! I had several scratches from other people scraping my car and he got their paint off and reduced the look of it significantly. I had some staining on one of the seats he got out. They were having trouble with their scheduling software so I had to reschedule but they were very communicative about it and I’m sure that will be fixed soon. I’m really glad I went with them and I will definitely use them again. They also left me a little parting towel with some mints and stuff in it which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you!!
Matthew was AMAZING! Took everything in stride, did an AMAZING interior clean on both my SUV’s. I can’t wait to have him back to do the exteriors! Just really great service and TOTALLY worth the money. CANNOT recommend ENOUGH
Had these guys do full detail on two of my cars (and exterior only on another). The SUV looked brand new inside and out, the dog car looked better than it had in years, and the exterior only car looked awesome. Jesus did one and Matt did the others. Both guys did a great job, showed up on time, communicated really well throughout and were very personable. Highly recommend and will use again.
Matt did a great job of making my car look good! My interior had been neglected for many months but Matt made it look brand new (a minor miracle). I highly recommend this service.
The good: scheduling was a breeze, the detailer was communicative, professional and on time, the convenience of them coming to you is great, the detailer kindly vacuumed my kids’ car seats and cleaned their cup holders and my car is overall cleaner than it was before.
The not so good: I got an interior only car detail ($300 for 3.5 hours) and expected a little bit more attention to detail for this premium level service and cost. I will admit that I have an eye for detail and may have unreasonable expectations, but I am displeased with the grime left behind (see photos).
