Highly recommend!!4 months agoThey had just what we were looking for – well stocked store.a year agoThey were able to freely tell me the main thing wrong with my car from the check engine light & a cheap way to resolve it. When they didn’t have the fluid I needed in stock because they had just run out, they were able to tell me they could have it in stock today and where to find it if I wanted it faster. That’s quality service. I wish every auto-parts place and mechanic was that honest and helpful.a year agoAdam is the best helper! Car keys were locked inside our rental car. Adam not only agreed to help, but walked to where we were parked, helped unlock the trunk, which allowed me to crawl in thru the backseat, and all ended well. Thanks Adam for the great assistance!a year agoBought a new battery, or at least thought it was new a few months ago, got home and installed it. Went to start the car and no go. BATTERY Was 3/19, took it back this morning and guess what? I don’t drive the car every day but do keep a battery tender on it. Battery had voltage but no amperage. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me because of the date of the battery. I’m done with O’Reilly, will never go back! If you buy a battery for them! CHECK THE DATES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE WITH IT.They got me ,Don’t let them get you!

5 months agoVery helpful. Was directed right where I needed to be and found the tool instantly. Even hung out for a few because I felt so comfortable with the employees. Sam was awesome with assisting me.a year agoThe customer service is decent, but they sold me a distributor cap and wires for near $45 and they were worth about $20. Believe me, I looked elsewhere. I only bought them because I needed them right away. Advanced Auto Parts or AutoZone both have better parts and better prices. I was talked to very rudely by the sales associate named Bill. Bill also stated that if another black customer walks in the store that he would not wait on them. Then Bill also stated that yes he said what he said and meant every word of it to another black customer. The other associates especially Ashley were very professional.

James is the best customer service person I’ve ever met in an auto parts store. When the competitor wouldn’t help with my battery install I tried O’Reilly’s and am so glad I did. Stop in and see James and his team if you value great service.
Victor and Anthony, you two are awesome and saved me tens if not hundreds… Perfect gentleman to help me with my headlights on my Sonata. Both were out… 15 minutes later with the bulbs I already had the car was working fine both lights on. I will be here from now on for all my auto (part) needs. Truly thank you!
I was able to walk in and around the store with ZERO assistance for three minutes. Two employees were visible working the register and never raised their heads to even greet me. I walked out with no one even attempting to ask me if i needed help. Guess i’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Customers should matter
