To start off, I’ve only had experience with the Service Department. That said though, my experience has been wonderful every time!
When I pulled up into the Service Tunnel, there was someone there to greet me and point me in the right direction. My service advisor, Nicole, was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly got me squared away. While my car was getting repaired, I hung out in the waiting room. The space was clean and spacious.
Once the initial inspection was completed, my service advisor was very transparent with me about the waiting time and total cost. In addition, she took the time to break down what every repair meant. My car wasn’t going to be ready for another 3 hours. Seeing how I lived far from the dealership, I stayed in the waiting room and took full advantage of the complimentary WiFi and espresso machine.
At one point, my stomach was growling, and Chris from the Service team gladly shuttled me to a nearby restaurant for a bite. When my car was ready, Nicole worked with me to ensure the total cost was well within my budget.
There’s a reason why I keep coming back to Boro Nissan for my car repairs over the last 2 years -They simply overdeliver.

Pretty good service overall. I take my fleet car here to get serviced. One thing that I have had trouble with is communication between the reps and myself. This is a great city to visit for a weekend. There are tons of stores, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. Even if you’re not a big drinker or bar person, you will certainly enjoy these places. Nearly all of them offer free live entertainment from musicians hoping to catch their big break. Many of the bars have huge open windows so they don’t get stuffy and smokey like your typical bar. People are so friendly and hospitable. Besides you never know when you might run into a celebrity or the next American idol.
Had a great experience here! Nathan the manager and Lane my salesman were extremely helpful. I was on a time crunch and they got me taken care of. I didn’t feel hassled or pushed around. Other dealerships made me feel like a burden for my needs. These guys treated me like the only customer. Would definitely come here again!

Worse place to service your car!
I have a 2022 frontier that has a operating malfunction and it been serviced there 4 times already and still nothing!! All the lights will come on and the car will stops unsafely, they don’t seem to care, they keep lying to me and making up stories, Reggie was my service advisor and he is nothing but a clown!! I am already seeking professional legal actions against them!
The car also have a safety recall for months and they don’t have parts to fix it.. they waiting on someone to die to stay taking things more seriously
From start to finish. Total time was 2.5 hrs. I already own a NISSA LEAF and chose this dealership for the customer experience and it did not disappoint. From the hostess in the lobby to the salesperson. RICKY GILLIAM. everything was amazing. Kudos to the sales manager TIM and the finance lady Mary. All helped to make it an amazing experience.
