Jose Ramirez was the best. We walked in very unsure and he helped us out and found us something we wanted and could also afford and we were able to go home with a car today. And then he himself helped detail the car and make sure everything was good to go before leaving. Will come back here first if we get a 3rd car. I walked in there on Saturday in the rain with my fiancé to test drive, they were reluctant to help but after an hour I finally got to test drive a 2023 Nissan pathfinder. The managers and sales staff were very busy watching a golf tournament right in front of me and my fiancé. While they did chat with us their eyes never left the TV screen. They let my fiancé and I go test drive by ourselves and when we returned they didn’t have many questions or even really care if we liked it. We specifically told them at the beginning that I was a Nissan Leasee for over 10 years and I needed to turn in my Marano. You would think that would give them some kind of indication as to my good credit and the fact that I’d be a real deal. My fiancé who is in the car business asked for numbers on the Pathfinder that one of the managers was demoing. Needless to say today is Thursday and they never once called me after putting my information into the computer to ask if I was interested in purchasing or even give me numbers on the vehicle I asked about. Thankfully I did some Internet shopping and found a great sales person at Monroe Nissan who was attentive from the start. I drove over an hour to Monroe Nissan on Tuesday and wound up buying the exact model and color pathfinder that I had asked modern Nissan to give me numbers on. I highly suggest if you’re looking for a Nissan you go see DaeSean at Monroe Nissan. He is a super nice guy very professional, not pushy but very attentive. He was quick to get me answers to all of my questions and try to put a deal together for me to make me comfortable. My vehicle checking experience was very welcoming and professional. Raven Burnette did a wonderful job walking me through the process since I was a first time visitor. I was given an accurate ETA for the service being provided and the feature that includes a video of the mechanic working on my vehicle was one I had never had before but much appreciated. I do wish they’d taken me through the full check that they perform with maintenance services but, I still appreciated the video that outlined the one concern regarding my tires. The checkout process was just as friendly and informative which is why I’ve chosen to complete this review. I would definitely return.

Warning light came on so I headed straight to Fred Anderson without an appointment. I was treated very well, the source of the warning light was determined (not really a problem; probably the extreme cold weather or some minor trigger), and I was on my way in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Very nice people. I always feel confident and respected at Fred Anderson Nissan.
I cracked my rim!!!! Who knew! I guess everyone but me. But even though it was pricey , they got me in and out quickly and efficiently. The customer service was amazing. And the new technology to inform me about my cars findings through the maintenance shop was awesome: i recommend them for sure, 10/10✅! Thanks guys!
Came in for an oil change and 50,000 mile check up. After I received the $1,074 work estimate I marked the items that I thought were appropriate for my car at the time. Pertinent to note, no tire changes were done…I paid for an alignment that wasn‘t required and did not know this wasn‘t done except on new tires. Neither the tech nor the sales rep decided to alert me to this and that I shouldn‘t have paid for the $199 alignment. Let it be my fault for not paying attention at 8 am but come on guys, you should have advised me correctly. I have reached out to customer service and would like a response please.
