My car died on freeway off ramp, Had it towed to Frank’s. They did a detailed inspection on entire car from bumper to bumper. My fuel pumps and battery had to be replaced. They also told me about other things that needed to be fixed but not an emergency. No pressure or upsale to get anything done, it’s all up to you. Fixed the car in 3 days( had to wait for parts) otherwise I’m sure it would have been done in a day. Got car back clean and runs great! Have used them a couple times for my Mercedes and they definitely know what they are doing and cheaper than the dealership! And they warranty the parts for 3 years. Recommend this place to anyone who has a European car!By Mishon Randall (7 months ago)Referred here by a friend like most people…. Came in with an older Mercedes 90s model. Informed Matthew my service advisor it was leaking fuel and had loss of power up hill with the AC on… the shop foreman said to diagnose (poorly running engine) would be about 825$ this meant checking all the vacuum lines from engine bay to interior trim door panels etc and ~$200 for the dye and leak detection recommended due to fuel leak….I asked if the issue was found sooner or easier would the charge be less? I informed all the vacuum lines were good and everything inside works ..The foreman assured if he did not have to check all the lines in the door panels etc then it would be less mon-ey…This was not the case!!! Pablo my technician found the power issue to be related to the fuel leak… from the technician notes they did not conduct any further vacuum testing past the engine bay due to the fuel leak needing to be resolved before further testing..they took off the leak detection ($200) charged me the full $825 for vacuum and boost testing now $887 later no repairs conducted no vacuum lines checked within the interior of the car….i believe they charged incorrectly with overlapping diagnostic ser-vices…and charged me the larger because they could…CONSUMER BEWARE!! The recommended services totaled ~$8000 none have a labor price and part price next to them which made me feel like they just didn’t want to bother with my vehicle and were over inflating prices. The services they offered to perform for FREE also were not like the complimentary vacuum wash etc. As I left Matthew said I was welcome to bring the vehicle back at any time to have them wash it etc…I said not to worry. 5835 W Flamingo , between Flamingo and Jones ask for Charles tell him Veronica sent you. They are honest people, have great mechanics and you leave with a great experience. I been to many mechanics shops like AA auto, Purrfect Auto and even Centennial Toyota and I’ve had to return to the shops because something wasn’t right and each time I returned my car needed a new service done even when the car wasn’t giving me problems before. I’m sure a lot of you have experience this before. It wasn’t until my last bad experience with Centennial Toyota that I found this place. Charles showed me dedication answered all my questions , showed me the parts and explain to me what was wrong. I have never return to the shop for the same service that was given. Ever since I’ve trusted and brought my car to be service to USA AUTO. A lot of shops care more for making money then to care for keeping their customers. On 08-01-2022, I was convinced by Rep. Robert he could get a Drive Shaft for my 2015 Chrysler 300.
So I dropped $250 as a deposit.
After approx. 3 weeks of being told the part will arrive daily followed by the inevitable excuse of why it didn’t; I tried to reach a Head Quarters to get answers.
They don’t seem to have one. Just some email address which I did get a formulated ‘we are looking into it’ type response. That was 3 weeks ago with no follow-up since.
I understand a deposit is normally non-refundable but if a company can’t deliver the promised part then my $$ should be refunded.
This business may be (at your own risk) good for older cars and routine oil changes but if your car is newer and needs a part ordered Do NOT take it to USA Auto Service.

Got on the phone with Alex (manager) and he hung up on me mid call in the middle of a normal business conversation! Never had anyone do that to me before. Guess the reviews about these guys add up. Be a little bit more professional guys. Glad I didn’t take any cars to you. Was hoping the reviews were wrong about ya.

From the moment I walk into the shop, the staff are inviting. I’m greeted immediately. The guys suggest what my Mercedes needs to get and keep it running smoothly. I like it that the repairs are done quickly, in a few days there done with the repairs. I’m treated with understanding. They understand that times are different and somewhat difficult. This is my second time servicing my car with German Motors. The first time was not a good experience, but I wanted to give it another chance. I spoke with Ever to book my appt and explained my previous experience. He was patient and understanding. I went in the following week. Ever was personable and efficient. My car was serviced in the timeframe that was promised. I appreciated the entire interaction and experience this time and I am happy to give referrals for German Motors.

Had an oil change done at which time an oil leak was discovered. Dave did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of what was needed to be done to fix the leaks which ended up being casket issues. I was very happy with the friendly and very professional way the job was handled. I am from out of town and German Motors was very helpful and accommodating, thanks guys for a great job.
