Excellent staff to work with. We were looking at a van, and from first pulling up everyone was very friendly and not high pressure. The van was in worse shape than we hoped and we didn’t end up getting it, but the staff simply apologized, said they would look at. They understood and offered to send us information on any vehicles that met our criteria if we wanted.
I just wanted to leave a review and say that I am pleased with the staff.

Wow! What a way to run a service department. Prompt service at check in. Fully explain in detail what will be done to my vehicle. After diagnosis they didn’t have all the parts to fix my issue, they got me a rental for a day to get the part and finish the repairs.

However, I did not like the fact that the dealership did not share or explain added fees to invoice. They are now charging 3.99 plus tax on this amount as a document storage fee. They are ripping their customers off on this inflated charge. What is next? Buyer beware. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. One of those vehicles a 2012 Rogue came with free oil changes for life. I took it in for one a few weeks ago and was told that unless I spent over $500 in service they would no longer honor this agreement. The new general manager Tyler Gray is refusing to honor their own program claiming the car needs to be serviced by them. We are up to date on all maintenance per our own mechanic at a well respected local shop. Not once was it ever stated that they McCarthy must do all service for the life of the vehicle. When Mr Gray was questioned about this he was very rude and disrespectful. He even claimed that it was our contract that it stated so. When asked for said contract he refused to send us a copy. We have all paperwork from the purchase and their is no contract requiring service. He attempt to bully us into using his service department costing him a very loyal customer. Perhaps Mr McCarthy should remind his general manager Tyler Gray that customers should be treated fairly as we have many choices when buying a vehicle.
