Went her because my daughter recommended. She was right. Very good service and informative. They even text you a video when they check you vehicle out. Complimentary coffee, snacks coffee or tea. Also, if you have a simple service, i.e. tire rotation, oil change, courtesy ride share isn’t offered to you, only if you have other services add on. So basically, make an appointment to just sit and wait. The will make promises and keep none of them. Buy this car we will replace the broken mirror ( Demond trip to the dealership still broken), I I’m not happy with the interior , I’ll have them redo it, ( still not done) , screen goes black , bring it in, bring it in, oh go find your salesman, at 11:15 , around three o’clock service writer talk to salesman not me, sakes says it just the radio they have to replace it. 3:50 get an mail , no replacement just updating, still no one speakers to, 5 more hours wasted fir them to do nothing. Apparently Nissan’s CVT transmission has a class action lawsuit and the only way to remedy their quality control issue is to allow them to keep your car for 2-3 days. We agreed and after 3 days we were told after no return call after hours of calling Colin in the service department that it would be 3 more days! We will have been without a vehicle for almost a week! When I called to inquire about getting a loaner vehicle so we would not be without a car due to their issues, I was told they were closing so they couldn’t help us. This when he waited 6 hours to call us back at all. Do not buy a Nissan, do not purchase or service your vehicles at this location. They don’t care at all about you.By Shanon Adams (3 months ago)Jorge reminded me why dealerships have such terrible reputations. After telling me for weeks that my portion of the CVT replacement cost would be a certain amount and would not include tax, he told me there were charges for gaskets that weren’t included initially. This is lie #1. I reviewed the bill and every gasket and seal was included for no charge. Then, I asked the service tech the reason for the difference and was told it was tax. This is lie #2. The difference was almost double the tax rate. After talking to Jorge again to correct the bill, we settled on an amount that I was willing to pay to never see the dealership again. They went out of their way to remind me why dealerships are UNIVERSAL-ly hated.
This service dragged on for weeks because I refused to accept that, even though I had serviced the transmission at my local repair shop and Bill Ray Nissan at the recommended interval, it needed to be replaced at 90k miles. Luckily, Nissan offered to cover 50% of the repair cost due to their massive design flaw. The bottom line is to just go to Bill Ray Nissan no matter how much further you have to drive.

Nice place to get a car, representative there were very helpful, and the service section sometime can be slow, specially in week-end. Waiting area while they service have some good coffee premium, water and other perks for free.
Please don’t use this place for service, I went to to my wife car alignment and tire balance because buy 4 new tires on a big retail store they don’t do alignment, the service adviser was good but after they finish the job I pay 211.80 when to the parking lot I see the car rear tire never been touch I told the service adviser they call manager I told me the job was don’t properly I stated I had experience on mechanic the rear tire never where balances because they never took the out the car the manager told me that he going to proof me the I was wrong short history the 4 tires never was balance he balance all 4 on from of me he has to rebalance and the alignment he check on from of me all red never been alignment but it was told to pay on cashiers because my car was done. It was closing time never received a apology from no one, I call to report the problem spoke to sucell from advance customer relations team she told me the service manager will call me but 2 week later no one has call me or do anything I pay for a job that was no don’t properly. They scammed people that is a dishonesty I will report to my state attorney on Florida because I don’t want customer pay for a service they don’t do on the first place. That is faulds advertising or stealing customer money.

Miguel service advisor was very nice and helpful. My vehicle was left for warranty work and they offer a similar vehicle as a loaner. It is however quit difficult to reach service advisor over the phone.
