I made oil change and filter change. The work is extremely expensive. The filters are 2$, the service is 88, for 20 min work or less! I would say extremely expensive. I don’t know if they actually changed it because I didn’t receive the old once, neither photo of the old or new one, I don’t have any proof that they charge it. But let’s say they did it. Overcharge for the work. Having in mind the short time necessary to do it. Just feel like froude.
I know that they charge me for it for sure.
The oil change was made but for some reason they put the change oil after 3 thousand miles, when usually if they did it properly it should have been change oil suggestion after 5k Miles. I don’t understand what they did there. Maybe they used poor quality of oil.The people at the service desk are excellent!!!
Great, friendly.
I believe that I should have checked the same thing at another service.
I don’t have complaints otherwise.
Thank you.By Experiance ForEver (a year ago)They have the car seating for a while. Why start the car and do it in lil sections. Customer service was good but the waiting is to much. Workers need to finish 1 car and not be working in between multiple cars.By Marcos Mancinas (2 months ago)My cell phone somehow slipped behind the cup holder cover in my Murano and was lost in a black hole underneath the center console. I had no possible way to get it out. I brought the car in after speaking to Simon on the phone, then he and Jeremy quickly got to work. They worked so hard to help me and got my phone back after removing the whole console! I can’t recommend them enough for their kindness and professionalism.By Debbie Cymansky (5 months ago)I brought my Nissan to them because I was having transmission issues. I had just bought the car 3 months ago from a dealership, but apparently I was 200 miles over my warranty so I would have to pay out of pocket. With replacing what needed to be replaced, Nissan’s service center sent me my diagnostic report (3 days earlier than expected by the way) and the cost was way out of my budget. I was a panicked mess, and wasn’t sure what to do. After a few days, I finally called and let them know I couldn’t afford it and asked to pick up my vehicle and just park it at my apartment until I can afford the repair. They agreed and told me they’d prepare docs. 3 hours later, I get another call from them letting me know that they looked into it and apparently my specific Nissan model has had transmission issues and there was a recall so the warranty had actually been extended! My 9k bill dropped down to $0. I didn’t even get charged a diagnostic fee! I thanked them a million times and was told that they have to check if they have everything in stock but it may take up to a month. 2 days later on Friday (which also happened to be the Friday before I started a new job the following Monday which was causing a lot of stress due to not having a car), I got a call saying they had everything in stock and she’s ready for pick up! I can’t explain the relief that brought to me! Everyone I worked with had such good customer service and really made the experience as painless as possible. They really showed me they cared and they genuinely saved my butt with the extra work they did to get this approved from corporate! Thank you all for reuniting me with my baby hahaha.By Dana Refael (10 months ago)I had a great experience with Ryan. Would totally come here for my car search!By flora tran (2 months ago)

I bought a used car from schomp in August. The car was riddled with electrical issues. I hadn’t purchased any additional warranty packages for the car. However instead of turning their back on me, they stood by the sale. I was issued a loaner for free while they diligently worked on the car for the next 3mo. to sort out all the problems. I am very happy with the attention and service I received from this dealership and will continue to spread the good word about my experience with them. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.By Jaqe DeRose (2 months ago)Schomp has been a nightmare company to work with from the beginning and I will never recommend anyone get a vehicle from them or have any kind of service work done by them. From the ordering of our vehicle (which was not the exact vehicle and missing some options that were added when we ordered it) to getting our first oil change nothing has been smooth or easy. They damaged our steering wheel during the oil change and I was told it was impossible for them to have damaged it so they would give me a free oil change as an apology. They already had included 3 years of oil changes as an apology for adding $500 carpet mats to our car that we didn’t want or need so since that was worthless to me I was offered 6 tire rotations instead which wouldn’t be too bad if we used the vehicle more often or planned on ever going back to Schomp to get any service done. The only positive thing I can say is our salesman Patrick was professional and courteous. If you made it this far into one of the only negative reviews (shockingly) take my advice and use any other dealership besides Schomp to save yourself from a potential nightmare!By Tim Trujillo (4 months ago)Ask for Darrell. He’s the best!
I purchased my vehicle from an Echopark and within 2-3 my Nissan started having driving problems. Very upsetting since recently purchased, I couldn’t got back to Echopark and I had to work with a Nissan dealership and I’m honestly glad I had to go to Nissan!,!
I called and explained my situation and the female representative that took my call actually listened to me and was empathetic and she was able to get me an appointment the following week, not by pulling any strings but because they had the availability.
Excited, we went to my appointment and met Darrell. Darrell was candid about my car situation and helped me understand the set of circumstances. The concern was taken care of,my car is drivable again but I had to go back with other vehicle issues.
I schedule another appointment online with no problem and got a reasonable date/time.
Went in,Darrell checked me in, showed me to the waiting room and the beverage and snack area and followed up with me regularly. One of the issues was fixed and i agreed to schedule another appointment that kept my vehicle there over night for a longer inspection and that was completely fine with me. My car problems are getting fixed and before it was upsetting that I had to get things fixed after buying but I have the reassurance of Darrell’s help and service. I love my car and I’m glad I had to come to Nissan. Darrell is astounding and I’m fortunate to work with himBy Nwoo (4 months ago)Jake was great, very friendly and honest about my situation! Smart key replacement, they did a great job and even washed my car! I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks again! Gratefully! Deb WickhamBy Debra Wickham (5 months ago)Had an oil change. I will be using Schomp again for other services when they happen. Jake was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. So were a few other guys but Jake made me feel like I was being treated wellBy Lori Renner (3 weeks ago)

I found Japanese Auto Service because the owner saw my Slee hat and asked me about my vehicle and how I knew Slee. I was having issues with my brake system and I was looking for a trusted shop. Not only did I find a trusted shop, but they are also very conveniently located for me. The team there has been nothing but helpful, kind and courteous. They communicate clearly and have always finished on time and on budget. A big shout out to “Doc” and his team for taking great care of me and being very fair in regards to pricing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality work on their Japanese Automobile.
I have been using Japanese Auto Service for over 5 years for several different automobiles and they always exceed my expectations. I have Toyota/Lexus vehicles and their knowledge is superb – I think they have the best in the city when it comes to their knowledge of my vehicles and I trust them as well. There has only been one concern that I’ve ever had with my service (it was about scheduling and I was being super picky!) and they jumped into making me happy immediately and I’ve always appreciated the extra effort that they go to with me.
Japanese Auto is my go to for my vehicle repairs and maintenance! Truly, if it doesn’t need repaired or replaced they will tell you! Every one is so helpful. Been bringing my car here for 5 years or so-Only place I’ll take my vehicle! Everyone communicates clearly about what needs done and if something can wait. Full trust in this shop!
I am very impressed with this business’s professionalism and service standards. They were able to complete service in a timely manner. Once Finished they had sent me a email to evaluate their service and my experience. I did have some issues with my truck after receiving back from the shop.
HOWEVER their response rate to my issues and having me bring my truck back in to see what happened was they really impressed me. The care that the Shop Manager Doc and the owner took to ensure my vehicle was safe and running the way that it should and to restore my faith in them was unprecedented to say the least in my experience with shops. I will not take my truck or any other vehicle to another shop again. They have earned a loyal customer and all of my business and auto needs in the future.
I’ve been chasing and paying for an issue with my truck through a major Toyota dealership on this side of town for a long while. After spending a ton of money, I gave up on them. Due to recommendations, I gave Japanese Auto Service a try. They found the problem, fixed and my vehicle is running as good as it did 3 years ago. I highly recommend them. Working with Matt and mechanic Joe was a pleasure. Thanks guys again. You all earned another customer.
