I took my car in for an issue that I had with how it was shifting. For some reason, it would struggle to shift when in low rpms and kind of jolt forward. I was taking it to a different shop for years and took the car in for the same issue twice in just two weeks. They kept telling me the car was fine and that they couldn’t find any issues. This was not the case. So I decided to try Sunland Auto because it was close by my home and had some great reviews. I brought it in right when they opened and within two hours, they called and told me that they found out what the issue was with the car. Apparently there was a bad sensor or connection that had to do with the airflow in the car. I was so relieved that it was something so simple that was causing the issue. And I was astonished that Sunland got the car up and running the same day. I will definitely be giving them my business again. Everywhere else I went to said it was about $1,500 to replace the struts, get new control arms etc. I gave a call to sun land auto and they said they’d check it out. To my surprise everything was fine EXECPT for the control arms, they gave me a quote and I went back the next day to get it fixed. Car sounds like new and I couldn’t be happier with the price they gave me. They use reliable manufacturers for their parts and have good warranty’s for them. Scott was very helpful through all of this. We brought in our Yukon which has a gremlin PO code continually popping up, over the course of several weeks requiring more diagnostic work and repairs which their mechanics addressed appropriately however after the last visit one of the fuel lines wasn’t completely seated and drained the fuel tank leaving the wife stranded at work and requiring the vehicle to be towed home. The issue was addressed with both Scott and Keith who absolutely stood by their word of making things right, reimbursing us for the out of pocket tow bill and mobile mechanic. Just a fantastic experience and will continue to service our vehicles there as required.

We have been looking for a great service shop for my mom’s car and honestly we randomly chose this shop not knowing anyone who had used them. I have to say we were VERY impressed! From the gal who originally answered and scheduled our appointment (sorry I didn’t get her name) who was super nice and helpful, to Anthony who took care of us in the service department and was absolutely amazing….. he took great care to make sure everything was perfect and was truly a pleasure to work with! The service was great and we will definitely be back for all future services as long as we get to work with Anthony! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly he is honest! Great asset to the service department!!
Was charged 500 just to have a part ordered that was out of stock and on back order without an estimated ETA. When I decided to change my mind and asked for a refund of my down payment was told I’d have a restocking fee, which makes no sense if that part wasn’t even on its way they could have just canceled the order or kept it in their inventory for the next person. I asked several times to be transferred to the service manager to ask what their protocol was and to see if the service advisor was telling me the truth, when on hold for the manager the same service advisor picked up the phone would not let me speak to the manager and kept rudely talking over me. After a few minutes of trying to talk to the manager the guy suddenly decided to give me my refund and still I was not able to talk to the manager to let him know what the service advisor had told me. It was very shady and would not recommend this place to anyone. It seems once my car was a year or two old they
stopped giving good service and constantly pushed
for me to buy an extended warranty and even trade in my car.
Very bad dealership. I went into the dealership because my Rogue was having battery issues. Talked the the service advisor and he told me even though my battery warranty was not up I needed to pay full price for a new battery. Took my car to the dealership I bought it from and got my free battery. I won’t take my car back here again. I will pay to have it towed from Mesa to Peoria if it ever needs fixed. These people will rip you off.
Not bad for dealership service center. Can be a bit pricey but the work is usually completed quickly. They sometimes have free donuts and coffee for customers while you wait for the services to be completed.
First time customer. The service advisor who checked me in did not have his FULL attention to the task, being on his phone talking to someone via his bluetooth ear piece. Several calls were made/received. This was extremely annoying and I was unable to talk to him about service concerns. This delayed my check-in considerably and made me to not want to come back to this dealership for future service.
