Go to pickup parking and call and they notify they don’t provide curbside assistance. Have to go inside to tire center. Go to the tire center and few guys talking amongst themselves don’t pay me any attention. One of them finally notices me and says “courtesy or Kelly will help you at the other end”. As if I know who these people are. One nice girl assisted me with my pickup order and then gave me a receipt to go back outside into the auto bay to get the tires. I have bought a extention cord for block heater, weather was -34 degree. After get back home, it is not work. I’m so serious for going to work next day but my car isn’t working. I have bees there again, and she has explain about it very kindly, easy to understand about it and replace it. Thank you for your considerable specking and kindness. They do have a touch of everything, which is convenient, but I’d suggest shopping around. There is a Walmart across the street. My most recent visit, I booked an appointment for new tires, which, over the phone, I was told they could do. After arriving, they didn’t have what I was looking for. Thankfully, because I saved 300 bucks getting them elsewhere. The staff at this location are very helpful from my perspective Kudos to Melanie for the detailed skate & helmet explanations that she gave to my tween daughter. I think that made her day. He was totally cool and was able to find it in the back warehouse. Keep up the great customer service! I asked for assistance for an expensive home appliance, waited at the aisle as instructed by the young lady. ( Prior to that I asked for the product as the one they have is just a display so when I gave the name of the product I was looking for she answered , yeah? And? …;(. Then she said she will page someone to help me). We waited but when no one came , I asked another staff for help. She said no one paged them. No one knew we were waiting at aisle 71 😢. Finally , one of their staff, a lovely lady ( does not wear staff uniform) volunteered to help me, at least she is very nice, but gave me the wrong product. I understand as she seems to be working hard doing all the work and probably didn’t realize I was given the wrong one. I didn’t see it right away that I have the wrong appliance since the one I wanted have the same price and size of the wrong appliance given to me. This is just a waste of time. Going back, seems the first staff I interacted with just didn’t want to be bothered nor helpful because of my appearance .So disappointed by the way they treat customers..I will have my husband return this for me and will not come back at this branch again.By Joelley Joe (4 months ago)Got my tires changed here and had a fantastic experience! They were super helpful and knowledgeable about details of my car and got me scheduled in very quickly. They even followed up after and made sure they got ahold of me and answered the concerns I had about my car. The lady on the phone responded saying you bring back the item at the store and we will refund the money. I also mentioned to her that i did not have receipt as it was a gift. Next day I went to the store and they gave me almost half of the price store gift card. I didn’t understand how they came up with that price! I have never seen that product went on sale for that low price anywhere. The experience was not pleasant. The staff who was handling this was rude. The Party City balloon stand really makes this location special, and especially during the lockdown, it is a bright burst of happiness.
Some of the other departments I noted that were exceptional included tools, gas fireplaces, tents, and outdoor play areas.
Another cool factor is that each department had a large, accessible catalogue to browse the offerings.
I absolutely recommend shopping here. They even have online pickup lockers, as pictured!
Great place fully stocked with a wide range and variety of very useful items. Canadian Tire has been a staple in the community for many decades which speaks volumes to the quality and service it provides.

I bought a Shark vacuum cleaner in the store for $499CAD. I wish I had checked the prices before I used it. After the purchase I realized other stores offer newer and better equipped models for $250-300CAD. Customer service said Canadian Tire no longer has the price match policies. I feel so disappointed and tricked. It is a huge difference!!! I recommend to double check the prices before any purchase or better buy things in other stores.
i just want to share my appreciation for the sports sales associate that helped my family and i today (Feb 9, 2023) , Cody. thank you for helping us choose the perfect bike for my niece! there was no moment where we felt rushed and felt like a burden (as we have felt before in the store a couple months ago). he was ready to help at all times with a smile. thank you, Cody for restoring our trust in the store! hope your boss/es sees this and see how great of an asset you are to their business!
Was able to find what we needed on our through the app, however the stock was off between the app and what was actually on the shelves. Not just by 1 or 2, but like 4 to 6. I think some of this was due to theft as we had found an item we wanted but couldn’t purchase it because the package had been ripped open and a part was missing. At least the check out was a nice experience!
