He explained all of the packages for the wash and the monthly money saving fees. My two favorite things are: use of a conveyor belt system to pull cars through (no rails to scratch the rims on my wider tires) and the floor mat wash/dry machines. The vacuums are good, but items (usually paper) often get caught in the nozzle, reducing the suction power. I downgraded my previous 5-star review because the floor mat machines have often been out of service, and the restrooms have been out of service for months at the two locations I use (Peoria and Sheridan locations).By Bob Lawrence (a month ago)I’m on the verge of tears every time I think about it. I called before I went there and asked if it was a touch less car wash because when I typed touch less car wash on google they popped up. During that call o was told “yes we’re touch less.” I got there and before I handed my debit card, I asked again “just to double check, you all are touch less right?” Clerk replied, “yes we’re touch less.” I get around to the car wash, put my car on the belt, I saw brushes but I honestly thought they had an option to switch to touch less. The brushes began washing my car and I panicked because I could just back out at this point. The force from these brushes were so hard my car rocked back and forth. I finally get out the see the damage and I scratches and swirls all over my car. I have black car so you can see just about every imperfection. I’ve had this car for only 2wks (straight from the factory) I was told to either do touch less or hand wash because of the black paint. This was my very first car wash and I’m very upset about the results. So upset. They were really friendly and they also refunded my $18 but what’s $18 compared to damage to my car? I’ve filed a claim with them. Yesterday. Hopefully I hear back from them. I just made this review to tell my story and also to let y’all know that this is NOT a touch less car wash. Just went through a car wash. Bought the works. I am in a big SUV so I know how that goes. However, my wheels didn’t look they were even touched. All in all a good wash. I recently purchased a new car and am interested in keeping it in like new condition as long as possible. I did an internet search to find an auto detail service to help me keep my car looking good and came across T-Mac’s Auto Detailing. Equally impressive to me was the way the owner responded to the handful of negative reviews. Clearly this was someone that had worked hard to establish a reputation of quality service over many years and was interested in protecting that reputation. I made an appointment for a detailing job and am completely satisfied with the service I received. T-Mac’s employees were friendly and professional throughout the whole process and my car has been restored to like new condition. They did an excellent job. I wholeheartedly recommend T-Mac’s Auto Detailing and plan to use them in the future to keep my cars looking like new.
Best place to get your car detailed in Oklahoma period. They have very flexible prices depending on what you want done to you car. I personally got the magnificent package and man does it look magnificent! I love that it is family owned and Tony the owner talks to you personally and you can really tell how much work he puts in his business making sure you are happy for what you pay for. I will not be going anywhere but here cause Tony knows how to make you happy and your car look brand new!
