Go elsewhere! I visited today and got the Supreme car wash for $30. At the completion of the wash, I mentioned to a employee that the center console hadn’t been cleaned and he responded “If you wanted your console wiped, you should’ve gotten the $50 car wash.” $50 to have my console cleaned, which comes standard with every other car wash I’ve ever had at other facilities! Highly disappointed and I even had to “remind” them that my wash came with a fragrance. Again, when I reminded the representative he scoffed and went to get the spray bottle of fragrance. I’m sure had I not mentioned it, it wouldn’t have gotten done. When I got home, I had to get Windex and wipe away spots on my windshield that easily came up with a little effort. Aldo was the guy who actually did the work and I was sweetly amazed at the sincerity with which he worked. He made sure all the dog hair was completely gone!! Then Charlie dropped by to make sure that Aldo had done what he was supposed to and insisted to empty the contents of my trunk and clean it and then arrange them back himself. So I came here. The vacuums were free to use, and worked well. I drive a Transit van, and I fit under the portishe, that the vacuums are under. I am usually not the type to write reviews but this time I was and still am extremely angry. I want to start off by saying that I was promised a full detailing service and wonderful results and that I would even get a scent for my car. Not only I payed $59.99 and didn’t get the full service but also got my car scratched and my windows as well and lets not mention how greasy they made it. I’ve washed my car before and I understand that the leather polish is greasy but they did not do it correctly and now my entire car has stains and finger prints all over. I could not take pictures of my windows but they were scratched as well along with them not being cleaned at all. My seats now have stains and I cant even touch my car without getting polish all over my fingers. Along with this once my car was “ready” I went to see the exterior (the doors were closed so I could not see the interior of the door where the scratches are and that was on me) and the logo of my car still had dirt all over it, the mirrors were dirty and it still had bugs so this is definitely not a detailed service. On top of that the managers were so unprofessional. Two of the managers started yelling at each other across the parking lot while I was talking to them and one of them walked off. Like I am trying to tell you what is going on and you just walk off? What kind of service is that? They even forgot to put the scent. Like I had to remind them that I was told that I would get a scent for my car. I should of known that paying that price for a detailing service sound too good to be true. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. You will have better luck washing it yourself than paying for their service.By MJ Lavalle (a year ago)Don’t waste your money coming here. We are extremely disappointed and angry for wasting $40 + $10 tip before we realized what a terrible job they did. The inside and outside was still dirty/dusty and we complained, so they ran it through the car wash again. It was still dirty after they wiped it down again. They asked us if we work at a construction site cause the dirt was “so called” concrete that couldn’t come off…seriously??? My husband grabbed the rag himself and wiped it and the “so called” concrete which was dirt came right off. Sometimes you just have to check it yourself because they may miss some windows. The only thing I wish they did better was clean the windows properly especially the front windshield.

They towel dry, vacuum and wipe down the interior. Efficient, good value for you get.By Chris Norris (4 weeks ago)I couldn’t tell you what they did in the interior besides the mats. Which look great, and so does the exterior. My back window inside looks terrible and well. The guy at the front was really sweet and those are the only positives. There was still sand from the beach all over the dash board and I know for a fact they did not wipe it at all. I didn’t get a photo of that because I had already wiped it down. I took these photos within ten minutes of getting home. 15 minutes after the wash. Hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. I paid for it to be cleaned and still ended up having to wipe down and clean the interior myself.

Damaged my touch pad. Made me watch a 4 d camera of the car wash for over 20 minutes. The general manager is condescending and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Takes over an hour and a half to get a wash. This has happened to me repeatedly. Will never use or recommend them.
Showed up for a car wash and got so much more…
My car was damaged in the car wash due to non stock tire valve stems getting caught up in the wash. After 40 mins I went out to check and found my car outside on blocks being worked on by the staff. They let me know what happened and assured me they would get it fixed.
A few hours later I got a call and not only did they replace the tire valve stems on tires but they also plugged my tire where a nail was stuck. All at no cost to me. This is the definition of going above and beyond. Mistakes happen when you run a business. How you respond to those mistakes define a company’s character. This company proved why they’re the best of the best. Will be cleaning all my vehicles here moving forward
This is one of the best car service places I have ever been. Obviously you can get vehicle washed, but also oil change, fill up, detail services, head light restoration. Complete car care services. Even offer inspection service. Before & after head light photos, amazing job, $50. Returned June 2022, got the works, wax, & leather treatment, and headlight restoration. Turned out great
No waiting this time. I don’t mind waiting anyway because they have a great espresso machine. Checks and top-ups during oil change are very thorough. Free car wash with oil change. Car wash includes cleaning inside and out.
I love this place, and the free wash with my oil change.. I just wish they’d give a free oil change after so many, but then again, I just like free stuff.
