I pulled up to the bay and a guy came over and directed me in, where he handed me a clipboard to fill out, got my mileage, and asked me what kind of oil I wanted before getting straight to work. I especially liked that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, I just had to mark what I wanted done on the clipboard and hand it back to the guy before I got out of my car to wait inside.
The indoor area was very nice-looking, and it looked like they might serve food later in the day as well. Didn’t like that the tables had black plastic chairs around them though. The girl behind the counter was very nice and easily explained their services.
When they were done, they parked my shiny clean car on the curb outside, and I had to go get the attention a busy employee in the vacuuming area to get my keys, which was inefficient for the both of us. Exterior clean looked good, although every scratch and blemish in the paint was really obvious, so I’m thinking of going back at some point to get the paint touched up. Interior clean was okay, although it looked like they weren’t very thorough. Oil was from the Castrol brand, which probably isn’t the best, but motor oil is motor oil to me.
Customer service wasn’t too great (except the girl behind the counter), but the previous place I went to charged more and didn’t clean my car at all, so I’m going back here the next time I need my oil changed.

Detailers dry and vacuum car, then honk your horn and wave a towel to notify you that your car is ready to pick up. Honestly the best car wash in the 209 hands down, this is my go to , it has outstanding overall coverage on the car, no dirty spots, no water marks no nothing. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick affordable yet quality wash 🙂
Located next to McDonald’s on Scott Creek Dr just off Trinity Parkway. Your car is hand dried after exiting car wash. Vacuums available for use with service purchase. They are situated on both sides of car making use extremely easy.
I live roughly 15 miles away from this location. Considering that there are others much closer to me, this one is the best! Washes and hand dries are unbeatable! Favorite thing there is their vacuuming system – all the other ones in town are weak and at this location I’m always able to get a very thorough vacuuming done with little effort. Great place and will definitely keep going back to them (well worth the extra drive)! 🙂
Really enjoyed my time here at Kelly’s car wash. It was quick and easy! Got the ultimate works done for my car and it came out looking beautiful. As I was leaving the car wash a handsome young man dried up the remaining water left from the wash. I asked him of his name and it was Kevin. I gave him a tip for his service and I left on my way to use the vacuums. Both vacuums worked excellent and I cleaned my car and left! Overall great experience and I will be coming back and also recommending it to my peers.
