Posting again because it wouldn’t allow me to respond to drive and shines response of saying there is no way possible their car wash could cause any types of scratches to my vehicle. So here’s a FEW of the pictures I took. They’re super friendly and do an amazing job explaining all the options and memberships. Elizabeth did a great job and even gave my dog a treat. Always like the Drive and Shines over the other car washes. We are a ruby member and enjoy using the indoor vacuums. Had a special treat to today when a gentleman by the name of Harlem came and took our rubber mats and sprayed them off. Still had a couple dusty cat prints on the hood and the back had several poorly washed areas also. We both noticed the lack of suds. I would have gone back around had I noticed before leaving. I have received better carwashes for half the cost at gas stations. I’m glad I decided not to get the pass they were trying to sell it would’ve been a waste of money. I will be trying other car washes out from now on. Everyone was so pleasant and greeting with smiles and so respectful and kind. The entire crew that detailed my car did an amazing job. I was very happy with end results and will continue returning. I love the car wash and the detailing as well as the oil change. Thank you all Andrea, Sadie, Edward, DeeDee, Anthony, Tanner and of Course Nick for an awesome team effort. They were all steady working so unfortunately I was unable to share with you these wonderful young people and their faces but you definitely want to stop in and enjoy their great work and effort. My dad recently visited, he paid $30 for his first time here thinking it would come out looking amazing. Still dirty. Could have paid for a $10 car wash elsewhere and it would have came out looking better. Highly disappointed. Won’t be returning.
I legit love drive and shine. I think it is such a good idea to have the indoor detailing section. Ive never seen that with another car wash. They even provide towels and Drive n shine trash bags for the car. Areas I where I think there could be improvements are 1) stop putting cars so close together in the washing tunnel. Even when it’s not busy the workers at the front make you feel rushed and will put you bumper to bumper with the next car. 2) provide an area where car accessories and cleaning supplies can be purchased. Countless times I’ve washed my car only to forget the air freshener. Ive seen other car washes that offer (free sometimes) air fresheners via a specialized sprayer or just a simple mirror hanging one. 3) there have been many times I have come out the washing tunnel pulled around back and the gate wouldn’t open to let me in the vacuum area. This typically happens when you renew your membership. I’ve had to sit there and call the store to try to get someone to allow me access sometimes with cars impatiently waiting behind me. It’s embarrassing. The help button on the kiosk at the gate rarely if ever produces help.
I say these things only to help and not to complain. I legit love drive n shine and will stay a customer for many years to come
I purchased a car wash last week from drive and shine. The car wash literally broke my mirror off of my suburban! I pulled back to the entrance and demanded this be fixed! The female manager said she would take my info down and call me back after she reviewed the video. I never received a call back. Three days later I went back and demanded that this issue be fixed and the told my vehicle is over 5 years old and they would not be fixing their problem. I will be filing a small claims suit on Monday!!
We took in our ten year old, new to us car. Brian detailed it for us and did a great job getting out large scratches and reviving the interior. Now instead of a car with some side damage and filthy interior it looks like something you’d buy from a high end car dealer for twice what we paid. Sure its still used but it looks fantastic, huge thanks!
