First of all, They didn’t charge me any cent and offered to come another day to finish detailing.
I had “heavy” interior cleaning. Looked like they just vacuumed and a bit wipe down.
I left the car for 24 hours and on the next day saw still dirty seats and steering wheel. Some spots were all over the interior and trunk too.
Friendly manager but service is poor.

Yanni walked me through exactly what they did and was extremely friendly. The heavy level is definitely a bit pricey for bigger cars, but it’s absolutely worth it. Recommend getting the pet hair service in addition to the detail if you have pet(s) – takes a little longer.Didn’t get any exterior detailing done but the other cars in the shop and their attitude tell me you’ll have the same great experience. Shop is a bit hard to find since Google Maps has the entrance a bit off, but it’s a block east of PCC and the retail stores.

I recently purchased a new car and was concerned about whether it was too soon to have it clay barred and waxed. I wanted to remove the contaminants that accumulated during transport from the factory. The staff was very attentive and listened to what I wanted to have done to my car. I could tell these folks enjoyed doing what they do and their love of the craft truly shows. I would recommend Mr. Detail to anyone who wants to preserve or enhance the appearance of their vehicle. Or, if they want to simply elevate the manner in which auto detailing is approached. I got a great vibe from the technicians and managers alike. I got the Metal Oxide coating on my Mercedes S60 AMG. Came with 3 year warranty . Only drawback is that the warranty Is only valid with scheduled quarterly maintenance. Which makes sense so not complaining. But just fyi, if a warranty is important to you, It costs 3 to 4 Exterior washes a year around $175 -$250 each but comes with a membership and 15% discount off all future services including the coating itself . I was very impressed upon picking my car up – it had been sitting awhile and there was a decent amount of mold and grime, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see that that had been completely eliminated. The carpet is older than me and looks nearly brand new. They even rinsed the outside of my car after cleaning the inside, which was very considerate of them. Now that I’ve had a chance to look over it, there are a couple of spots that were missed, like the parking brake and between the seats, and parts of the car were still wet, like the inside of the pockets behind the seats. There were also streak marks on the inside of the windshield. This was pretty surprising to me since most everything else was cleaned so thoroughly.
The staff was very communicative and up front with us about scheduling and what the end price would be. It was about what I was expecting at $330 for detailing, shampooing and an ozone treatment, but I would have appreciated more attention to detail at that price. I also felt a bit uncomfortable that they were not wearing masks.
It’s my first time using Krueger’s Mobile Detailing. I’d like to thank the staff for doing such an excellent job on my car. I told him about my exterior concerns, and he performed such a brilliant job that I’m convinced his work would allow me to sell my car at the price I desired. I would suggest this service to everyone. It is well worth the money you pay. I’ll return for sure.
Krueger’s Mobile Detailing is an excellent business, and I am grateful that I trusted them with my car. They did an excellent job polishing my car and it now looks like new. They even took the time to answer my questions about paint and the best cleaning chemicals for my car. They then demonstrated how to polish it as well. Krueger’s mobile detailing was the best auto detailing experience I’ve ever had. My car was in really horrible condition but when I arrived to pick it up, both the interior and outside looked brand new. We recently had Krueger’s Mobile Detailing deep clean the interiors of our two huge vans. Their professionalism and attention to detail impressed us much. They were able to remove all of the pet hair, grime, and other debris. Both vehicles are in excellent condition. It was the best auto detailing in town.
