That is a big plus! Exterior only. They have powerful vacuums. Fine with me. I don’t know of a full service car wash. Not unless you drop $200-$400 for a detail place. Very glad I stopped there. My car never comes out clean. I don’t understand how we can pay $12-14 and it looks the same going in, just wet. First time, thought it was a fluke. Second time, it happened again. I won’t be returning. Photos of both washes, after going through touch free.
There is nothing soft touch about the Johnny’s middle booth. My mint 2014 Ram with 20k miles just went through the soft touch machine. The entire sides of the truck are covered in scratches. It’s going to take a full compound to remove the damage. Attendants at the wash could have cared less when I showed them the damage. DO NOT USE THE SOFTTOUCH LANE!!!!!
I’ve never seen a car wash brush do that much damage to a paint job. Unreal!!
Long lines and apparently people get stuck in the Bay. It hasn’t happened to me yet but there has been a lot of calls to 911 for other people.
$17 for the “best” car wash and it goes so fast I’m not even sure it went through the whole cycle. I did like that there was a timer on the dryer and that I could slowly drive out to maximize the drying time.
I really don’t like the drive thru. Wash yourself is better. Car stays way dirty.
