Very unhappy with the service here. I pulled up and was very clear that I wanted the exterior washed and a thorough cleaning of the inside of my truck. The attendant began to push a headlight restoration even though I said no multiple times. I was then told that with the headlight restoration they clean the interior. So I repeated to him so if I purchase the headlight restoration the interior will be thoroughly cleaned and I was told yes. I finally agreed with that understanding verified by the attendant. When I get in my truck after it was done nothing inside had been touched. I pulled right back in and let them know and was told that I purchased a basic wash and not an interior cleaning. The manager came out to help and asked me how I liked the headlight restoration that I did not want in the first place. After talking he said he would have the interior detailed so I was off to waiting again. After all of maybe 5 minutes I was told it was done and I walked up and it still didn’t look vacuumed. I asked him if he vacuumed and he said yes. At this point I couldn’t wait so I left having spent $90 on a rinsing of my truck. Pictures attached are after the second go around after all I really went for in the first place was a thorough interior cleaning. I won’t be going back and will steer anyone I know clear of this place.By Sean Marks (a month ago)I’m conflicted on how to rate this. I’ll do 4 stars based on the fact that you get a free wash ($25 value) for downloading their app. My car was a complete disaster coming in and came out better than it was. However if I paid $25 on top of my $20 tip I was asked for at the beginning, I wouldn’t be very happy. I was offered a number of upsell options, but I wasn’t in the position to pay $60-150 for my kids yogurt to be wiped off the car.
Rico, the co-manager, was very friendly and came over to shake my hand after I had the exterior wash. The gentleman who greeted me (and everyone who helped) were friendly as well.

Since the remodel it hasn’t been the same. I have tried 3 times, all 3 times the service, level of cleaning is terrible. All the effort/energy appears to go into upselling now.
This is my cleaned wheel!!! And my car is 3 months old so it not hard to clean.

I took my SUV in today for an $79 exterior and minor interior detail. When I went to get in my car I was very disappointed in the lack of cleaning that I had paid for. I didn’t expect a full on detail but my cup holders were dirty, the doors and door pockets had not been cleaned and the dash was still very dusty and the seats were not vacuumed in the back. I politely brought it to the attention of the the young man, Josh, doing the inside and he told me he wasn’t informed it was an $79 door-dash-console detail. He did his best to remedy it, but it was still not worth the $79. I wanted to let the manager know that I did expect a bit more for $79. Rico, the manager, was very apologetic and he willingly took it upon himself to make sure that the car was justly cleaned inside and even did my running boards and tires as a bonus. I honestly appreciate the extra effort they put in to honor the $79 I paid. Boy, I should have looked at the reviews before I stopped here. I have had very good experiences with cobblestone on Bell and the 51. And with Cobblestone in Tempe off the 60. Talk about night and day.
Went in about 4pm. Got the basic wash and was talked into upgrading one tier for tire dressing, air freshener, cleaner and protectant. I am not sure I got any of the above as I watched the car being “wiped down”.
I get called to my car at 445pm and noticed the entire back of the car still wasn’t dried off. I notice was appears to be a small dent right about my drivers side door handle that wasn’t there when I arrived. When entering my car the dash wasn’t cleaned, the center console still had the beverage drops I had hoped would be cleaned. The doors weren’t wiped and there was still visible dirt on my floor boards and center console in the back seat area and along the door frames.
Visible chemical spray marks that haven’t been wiped still on the passenger side window as I arrived home.
Huge disappointment considering I usually have consistent quality service at the other two locations I go to.
The ladies in the store at the registers are friendly, fun and welcoming. Just disappointed in the quality of the car wash and service providers.By M G (a year ago)Soo frustrating. I pay $35 a month for a car wash pass; went to this location even though it is not my regular location and they opened my door on the passenger side and hit something. Didn’t even tell me. Had to see it when I got home. They also man handled the mirror on the drivers side sun visor when they were cleaning it and when I opened it the plastic broke right off. Very upset that they are so careless and there wasn’t too many people there so there was no reason for them to do things so quickly that the car was getting damaged. They definitely were slow and took their time before I got my car back so none of this made any sense. I pay all this money a month just to have these people mess my car up with no kind of repercussion.Update: Called and asked for general manager the lady on the phone said she could help me. I let her know what happened and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. Transferred me over to Anthony where he had me tell him what happened all over again to where he replied thanks for letting me know. Bye and hung up the phone. Didn’t offer anything (not even an apology). Worst company ever and worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Paid $40 for the premium wash, got home and spent an additional 30 minutes cleaning what they didn’t clean. As per the photos, they failed to vacuum under the seats, no air freshener, no tire dressing, and rims are still dirty. Couldn’t even wipe down the glove box. Needless to say they failed to provide the bare minimum of their basic wash. Just received the ultimate wash with the brake dust and wheel well polish. Overall the wash is good for the price but I had to ask the young man to actually clean the wheels. After asking he did a great job. I would have given a higher rating if I didn’t have to ask him to finish it.
Definitely one of the better car wash and gas stations out there. Located in the shopping center next to tons of shops. Great pricing on the car wash with the option to purchase a monthly unlimited plan.
Very huge spot which includes car maintenance stuff to. Lots of deals and options everywhere at this location. It does get busy quick so the earlier the better for both car wash and gas.
Horrible service. Had a interior detail $299 value, there regular car wash atleast wipes things off!!
Did not clean Any Glass, can see all dirt and dust on turn signal lever, vents, radio, console, seats, floor and even dash…
They didn’t even finish vacuuming, never did passenger sides..
They took stuff out of glove box, never even wiped off glove box. Why take my stuff out than?
The vehicle was dropped off, so ample time to get service done properly.
Pathetic service is probably the best way to describe.
Total disappointment!
Beware of this company, gave one last attempt to redeem themselves from another bad experience and they Failed.

I used Jacksons Car Wash to get my car detailed after coming home from burning man. There was SO MUCH DUST on the interior and exterior of my car. They hand washed it and cleaned it inside and out until all the dust was gone and it was squeaking clean. Thank you so much to the one employee who did most of the work on my car and thank you to everyone else as well. You all did such an amazing job!
