Twice after auto detailing are polishing-like scratch marks on the hood of our black Porsche. Circular and sweeping marks, indicative of dirty towels or something…. I would not bring another high-end valued vehicle to this establishment. As well, less than par detailing for what is paid for the service. They are good at vacuuming, however. Dashboards, not so much.
I won’t even bring our second car, Honda Accord, here after the marks left.I recommend going to Tommy’s half a mile south and dry your car yourself.

By John Vittner (2 months ago)As a quick analogy, if we all brushed our teeth the way your equipment works, we would all have cavities. Maybe not the greatest analogy, but In short, the state of the art equipment, as you advertise, could be great for controlling the flow of vehicles and giving a quick shower, however the timing and movement of the pads and brushes along with the water flow and pressure, don’t give enough time for the car to be cleaned. It may work great for cars that just need to be dusted off.
I’ve tried multiple car wash places in different cities and found a place in Fort Myers that has a great synchronized equipment that does a great job all the time. Besides, they provide pre- enter stations with bug remover and brush all year round, not only in love bug season.

I LOVE this car wash. I come here every Thursday after work to familiar faces and they are always so nice and helpful. Kimberly and Allen are amazing and so good at their job and making customers feel welcome and taken care of
Paid extra for car to be wiped down. Car wasn’t even vacuumed out. Woman manager was very unapologetic and told me she was helping me out trying to get it taken care of. I dropped the F bomb and she started screaming don’t cuss at me making a scene. She then told me I could leave which is what she wanted so more work didn’t have to be done obviously . Got home and saw they also had not vacuumed out the hatch back as well as not lifting from floor maps and doing a good job.
Go to Johnnies on 41. GREAT SERVICE and great prices!! Eager Beaver on Beneva is horrible.

$58.84 for the worst car wash Ive ever received. $15 add on for interior dressing, it looks like they opened the door & let the wind blow out some dirt. Awful experience.
A large container of red sauce accidentally opened up on my passenger seat and poured down between the console into both the front & back, it was a mess and I was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning quickly! We had just randomly used the car wash service and were very satisfied so I called about the cleaning and detailing. They said come on over, I must say every single employee I dealt with was just amazing. The first attendant said oh no, not sure we can get that all out and called over the manager Kim and she said let’s ask our expert detailer and he gave the thumbs up. They worked on it for hours but the time was well worth the wait! It looks and smells fantastic and the accident was eliminated! I’d highly highly recommend this team! Thank you! Great job managing an outstanding hard working team Kim!
