I had tried prior to Scrub Bot Express Car Wash other car washes closer to my house. For me the experience is unmatched.
I say this mostly as the time you can spend cleaning your car and sometimes to be honest, it doesn’t look that much better, car washing is truly a job that most are on the fence with. Something we have to do.
When you enter Scrub Bot Express Car Wash, the lines are presented with a screen and this is where you choose your car wash experience and the layout of the payment stations and simplicity of what options are available to the customer are very clear and nicely organized.
I opted for the $19.99 monthly subscription this meets the need of my car as she’s older and was abused slightly over the years, as you enter the car wash, your handed a cloth to clean the inside of your car and an air freshener(depending on your package) the attention the car wash paid to my car as we went through and the ease in which my car was washed then dried, saved me a lot of time, money and effort at my house.
The highlight for me was using the FREE vacuum and air hose cleaner once you leave the car wash, this is where you get to clean every nook and cranny of your car, remember to bring a cloth, if not one can be purchased for removal of the excess water from the car wash. My 3 year old Son has so much fun at Scrub Bot Express Car Wash and all it costs is a little time and effort and at a great saving, as compared to what it would cost me to do at my house.
Only thing I wish they offered was the option to put air in my tires, then it would be a complete stop for my car rather than another visit to the gas station.
Can be busy depending on the time and can take you either 30-45 minutes to clean your car (also helps to bring extra bodies) faster to get the job done.
Easily seen from Main Street and is well lit at night so no matter when you go, you will get your car cleaned easily. 5/5 would recommend and excellent experience, Thanks Guys
By James Cairns (2 years ago)SCAM WARNING: DO NOT ENROLL IN THE MEMBERSHIP.As a Turo host, I invested in the highest membership plan. It was great to use the membership for a long while. Eventually, my bookings reduced and I opted to cancel my membership. First, I called, and there was no answer or voicemail. Then I emailed through the website requesting the cancellation. No response and another charge hit my account. I emailed again, called again, no answer.
Next I drove down to the location and told them about the issue. They took my phone number and said a manager would call me. No one called and I was charged again. I disputed with my credit card and since I gave them my card info, and they were not responsive to my disputes, the charges continued to process. I disputed every charge since May, and made several trips to the location to get support and they never helped me. Finally, my credit card company said the only way to prevent this is to cancel my card and get a new one that they could not charge. A huge inconvenience!
It’s astounding how disrespectful the management practices are toward members! Every other membership I’ve requested cancelled has complied but Scrub Bot will exploit and financially abuse members which angers me and disgusts me.
The fact that they don’t have a phone number or a professional administrator to receive emails and process cancellations/respond to emails is enough to know that you will NOT receive quality service.
One final note is that the car wash itself actually caused damage to my paint and roof moulding. That was another reason I thought it would be best if I washed my own car: the convenience of the automatic wash was actually hurting my car and it’s value in the long run.

Brought it up to the manager and I filed a report, They have HD footage but refused to give it to me despite obviously being from the car wash. Whatever, I used this carwash just one time and now my car is full of scratches everywhere (hood, doors, ceiling …etc). Told they can clear up the oxidation on the aluminum – Nope.
Polish the rims and miss spots.
This was after 80 minutes.
Only things that were great were the clay bar, the seats, and the dash.
They didn’t roll down the window to clean the top!
They didn’t clean the door jam and trunk creases.
Note the price. They love to charge $140 and skip stuff.

They close the gate early, on weekends the wait is substantial but that’s because they don’t GREAT job. They all are very deserving of tips. The back of the trunk still had water leaking but that’s not why I won’t be coming back. The car was extremely clean from the inside almost perfect just the door panels were a disappointment.
It’s a pretty new car and I know every scratch it has. I noticed big scratches that weren’t there before. I got the AAA deal (1 month free promo) that’s only valid at participating locations (carwashpass.com). Roomy parking spaces and longer time limit than other places to dry & vacuum. One thing they have that I’ve never seen at other places is the clipboard to vacuum your floor mats big plus for me (see picture). As of 9/5/20 it’s $24.99 month for 1 wash per day but not sure if they monitor that.
Entered the car wash after noting the rear wiper was taped by attendant
At the end of the cycle when the big fluffy rollers was last to contact car, I hear a scraping sound. Upon inspection, I notice the rear wiper is missing. An attendant found it and presented it to me. Suggested that the wiper was malfunctioning when I drove in. Wrong!
We watched the video of the car in the car wash and the wiper was attached before the big fluffy roller came down and obstructed the view.
I went to the dealer and got a replacement wiper. Showed attendant the bill of sale and asked for compensation. Got a blank stare and was again told the signs are posted warning customer that they enter the car wash at their own risk.
I filed a report but will be surprised if I hear from this lame place.
Very disappointed. Out of pocket $52 for wiper and $12 for wash. Not detailed.

Excellent help. At the entry when they watered down and brushed the front and rear of my vehicle, I asked if they would take extra care when brushing because of the past rains, and he did so, willingly and politely. I’m sorry that I didn’t get his name.
Does a fair job of cleaning. You have to follow up with some elbow grease and a polish rag. The facility is clean and the vacuums work well.
Does a decent job of washing my car. I think one of the washing or drying features was broken today, but they gave me a free air freshener and cloth so I was happy! Employees are always friendly and helpful.
As other reviewers say, I recommend taking a rag for drying/cleaning up any missed details after the wash!
