Went here for warranty undercoating and they sprayed the undercoating on my brand new mudflaps, brand new tires, on my paint, on my headers which smelled really great once those warmed up, and best of all on my brand new brakes. I had to pick my truck up after hours on lyell ave just to drive it down the road and hit my brakes and my truck hardly even slowed down. I almost went through a red light and i would have if not for my emergency brake. I called the next day and was told oh you can clean it off yourself with WD-40. Oh thanks, so I had to clean up their mess. Just what I was expecting to have to do after spending thousands on a undercoating warranty. This location is terrible. I’d rather void my warranty than ever take my truck here again. Ill certainly never buy a warranty from Ziebart ever again. A few nights later it rained and I woke up to find the back of my brand new truck,and the contents of it soaking wet.I called Ziebart and spoke with Bryan to make an appointment to access the manufacturing defects and/or the faulty installation methods that could be the cause of this annoying problem and after a few days they poured a glass of water on it, declaring that there was no problem.
During my 3 hour wait in the showroom I was told by another Ziebart associate that they had repaired it and were waiting for the sealant to dry.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with Ziebart. I received a gift certificate for a complete detailing, both interior and exterior, and feel completely ripped off. There was no attention to detail whatsoever and they had my car for the entire day. The pictures speak for themselves.
EDIT: Ziebart reached out and had me bring the car back in. I’m happy with the new results 🙂
Such an amazing experience at Ziebart! I was very pleased with how nice and welcoming the ladies were at the front desk. I was working with Pete the sales manager who explained to me in great detail what the process was for my vehicle! He got my vehicle right in! Kudos to the workers in the back for doing such an amazing job on my vehicle! You can tell that this location takes pride in their work and they stride to make sure the customer has the best experience! I would recommend everyone to come to this location! Greatest experience from the moment I walked in the door until they walked me out to look at my vehicle to make sure I was happy with it!
UPDATE: The manager called me (within 24 hours… wow) and apologized for the situation. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because it appears that this company really does try to make the customer happy. It’s not always perfect, but they really are trying and make the effort to rectify the situation if it isn’t a great experience. The review still stands but I’m very impressed that they will reach out and do want to do what is best for the customer.

I’m happy with the service that was provided and the price for the undercoating of my vehicle.
Unfortunately I was extremely put off by the intensity of the salesman I worked with. While I appreciated the information, I felt I made it pretty clear multiple times I was not interested.
I finally even stated that I was not in a financially stable position to do the upgraded rust-protection services for >$1000 and rather than accepting that, I was offered a financing plan which seemed like they weren’t trying to do what was best for me but rather trying to get another sale.
The undercoating was great, I appreciated that, but I almost certainly won’t be returning just because of how pushy it felt and how much I was pressured to do a more extensive service that would have cost more than 4x my original service. For some people they may not mind the offers they provided and sales-y nature, but it was not for me and I felt I made it clear.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. My remote start stopped working and John exceeded my expectations of strong customer service. After evaluating my car, John replaced the antenna and remotes, no questions asked. He could have charged me an arm and a leg by recommending I buy a brand new remote start, but he did not. Stand up guy. Everyone at the location was very nice and friendly. John even followed up with a courtesy phone call after I got home to make sure my standards were met. I told my wife after my experience that it was refreshing to see people take genuine care of their customers. Customer service seems to have gone in the toilet at many stores, but not at Ziebart Henrietta. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be going back in the future.
PETE CHAPIN is the man to see at ZIEBART Henrietta! Came in with my 2021 Malibu RS, looking for a chrome delete, tinting, & wrapping the side view mirrors! Presented himself with optimism & confidence walking around my vehicle to make sure we were on the same page. Very knowledgeable, inform, & careful treating this car like it was his. Kept me updated while the car was there via text & call. Satisfied with the result but most importantly his customer service!
