At 38 dollars a month you would expect a decent wash everytime. I’d say 75% of the time the side panel jets at the start aren’t working/on. A high percentage of the time there are snail trails somewhere on my car. Today it’s my windshield and side mirrors. I’ll keep the membership till after love bug season then look into alternative places to try.By Will Longobardi (a year ago)I normally don’t write reviews but felt compelled to write this after Tommy’s behavior recently with regards to the North Port High School Baseball promotion. As one of the sponsored businesses supporting the team Tommy’s pledged that cardholders would receive 1 “Works” car wash a week for the one year period of the cards life. The card is valid through 2/28/23. I went recently for a wash and was denied. The excuse from the manager was supposedly people were violating the once a week rule. Tommy’s had no system in place to verify card usage and has now decided to stop honoring a deal that they committed to, knowing full well there wasn’t a verification/counting system in place when pledging their support to the team.
I will not support a business that can’t keep their commitments to a local community charity like Tommy’s has done here.

I went here around 5:30pm on Wednesday, July 28 2021. My car had about 3 days of road dirt and some beach water on it… not super dirty at all. I mainly went there to use the vacuums to get the sand out of my car. Since my car wasn’t very dirty, I got the cheapest wash. After going through the wash, I vacuumed my car. I noticed that the vacs weren’t as strong as other nearby car washes. But, with a little extra effort, I was able to get the interior of my car clean. Then I went to dry the outside of the car. This car wash does NOT provide free drying towels as pretty much every other car wash in town does. This bothered me. But, it didn’t bother me as much as the fact that the car was not washed in the car wash. As you can see from my attached AFTER photos, the car wash left a significant amount of dirt and beach water all over my car. The car wash didn’t even get my car windows clean! I waited until the attendant wasn’t busy and told him that my car was still dirty. He said that their car wash wasn’t designed to get the salt water off of my car and that no car wash could get the door handles clean. He also noted that they don’t do free 2nd run-throughs or refunds on their cheapest car wash… even though I didn’t ask for either of those things. I left and drove a mile away, paid $7 for a car wash at their competitor. It easily got my car spotless. They also provided free towels for drying. Needless to say, I won’t go here again and don’t recommend it to others.
Sometimes a business is just so good you have to stop what you’re doing to write a review, and that is the case here. This was my 3rd time using the auto detailing service and this car wash is by far the best! They even buffed out about 24 inches of house paint off the car from a small accident months ago. They are truly exceptional. Thank you
The free vacuum is a great feature. The pressured air is also great to blow away leaves under the hood and around wiper blades. You pull in and there is one one each side of the vehicle making it super easy to use. The vacuum is very powerful so it only takes a few seconds. The car wash I choose costs $18 and for what it does, is a good value. I have noticed that it seems to stay clean longer after this wash.
This place is the BOMB! Owners are super nice and helpful. They are experienced and have other car washes in other states. The monthly fee for service is high but they do a perfect job on the car/truck and really shine the tires(I love shinny tires!) I have never had one complaint or problem. Easy to stop the membership while out of town and easy to start back up. With so many car washes popping up all over town…I will stick to the ones that I know and do a great job. We have used the full service detailing twice and both times were satisfied with the job. Stop in today and try them out, you will not be disappointed.

Only negative was that a car came out not hundred percent clean – the top and front of the hood and some other areas like tire rims were not 100 % clean, and we have to finish it by hands…
