Not sure what the $40 interior/exterior car wash was supposed to cover but clearly should have been more than they did. Yes they vacuumed but apparently no wiping down the interior and this cost $40! I pay over $60 per month for the service and believe me the service is subpar. I just left this location and I told the young man that my seat was still dirty and had crumbs in the seat and he told me that they don’t do the seats with the car wash. I will be deactivating my plan and I will never come to Autobell again because this is ridiculous. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service from the location on Virginia Beach Blvd. or Independence Blvd. I’m throwing my money away at this point. I had soap residue on both windows and my side-view mirrors. I’ve gone to gas stations and paid $12 to get my car washed and had a much better experience. I would refrain from any further recommendations to this place. You’d be wasting money on mediocre service. Next!

Hands down the best car wash I have been to in the area. The brushes are made of foam and will not scratch your car like other car washes that have the cloth brushes which cling on to dirt. The vacuums are powerful and there is a high pressure air hose to agitate the dirt on carpets or just Air dry your car on certain spots.By Giovanny Gutierrez (a month ago)Great vacuums that SUCK and love that they are free with a wash. Quick and easy car wash with helpful and friendly attendants. My only suggestion for improvements on the wash itself is improved rear washing. Maybe a mechanism installment with future maintenance on the wash systems.
For the most deluxe wash ($20-$25), I’d expect it to wash the rear of my car better. There’s still salt residue from winter driving that I needed to wash off by hand when I got home. Touch ups from salt run off on the side, by the mirrors, is understandable, considering how dirty/salty my car was, but the rear was pretty noticeably dirty still. Pictured as best as possible.

But they also have the air gun, which is great for blowing out air vents and cracks and crevices the vacuum can’t reach. There are monthly packages as well. And the whole point of this place is that it conserves water!! I definitely recommend best carwash ive found in VIRGINIA BEACH all coworkers were really nice and helpful , the car wash attended at the stand was really professional and helped me get the best carwash for my needs ,plus my car was super clean after 😩 and no scratches deserved a review 10-10 also vacuums work really well . Looked like a really nice facility, but did not get much dirt off my car. Was highly disappointed as I spent $21 on a car wash that I had to go home and wash the car myself immediately afterwards. Driver side had an absurd amount of tire shine that kicked up the entire side of the car, but passenger side received none at all. Also had a strange goop like substance on the side, which I’m assuming is the tire shine. Will not be using again
Just had my windshield and hood replaced 2 months ago and stopped by for a quick clean – both my hood and windshield are scratched up. Would not recommend this place. My first and last time coming, upsetting because I purchased a second car wash but it will be going to waste!
Lived in the area for 3+ years and could never find a car wash that would get my truck cleaned. I found these guys and was blown away. Angel was very helpful! The little details such as the compressed air by the vacuums was awesome. Finally able to get the fort out of small crevices. 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend!
Despite the high price, this car wash remains an excellent choice. The diligent staff members work tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness of the facility while also engaging in friendly conversation with patrons. On a few occasions, I have noticed that my vehicle did not receive the pre-scrub that is supposed to be included in the package, which is a bit disappointing given the price of $20+. However, the abundance of clean towels, window cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner available for customer use, in addition to the complimentary vacuums, more than compensates for this slight inconvenience. Overall, I would still recommend this car wash to anyone in search of a top-notch cleaning experience. The overall atmosphere is so pleasant and welcoming that it makes the price tag worth it.
