Pretty expensive compared to other shops in the area. The amount of time they put in to do a job seems longer than what would be customary. When I asked about it I was told they use shop rates. You will be paying dealership service prices to do a job, and not the actual time it took to do it. The mechanic that worked on my car used the right tools to troubleshoot the issue and came to the right conclusion. He wasn’t just swapping out parts trying to figure out what it was. Staff seems pretty friendly. I use Gurneys when I have a problem that I think would stump other mechanics. If it’s something where I know what needs to be done I’ll call them, but they are always significantly more expensive than the rest. As for the actual work, Guerney’s is very thorough and super organized. You get a very detailed report of the work with pictures (!) which is very well explained. If you have a question, you can call the service support personnel who seem very knowledgeable and care about your car without pushing unnecessary work. I also like getting report on items that may need attention so you can plan for it rather than finding out at the worst time. The staff at the counter is also excellent and shows genuine care. They appear to enjoy their job. Been in a chain service store before? Then you know what I mean.
By Adam Lee (6 months ago)Absolutely horrible when it wasn’t one thing it was the other whenever the insurance company would come Debbie wasn’t there and when she was the technician wasn’t there or was too busy to look at it. I’m a veteran and told her about my situation just like I saw on the reviews and still nothing was done, it’s been over a month such a HUGE waste of time on top of that 187.50 to look at my vehicle and to get the hood open that’s insane! I had that work quoted at another shop they said it would’ve been 80. I will never recommend this shop to anyone! The thing is I feel terrible about doing this I’m very understanding and everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice but if no work was going to be done on this vehicle, I wouldn’t have brought it here in the first place. And Yes, you can call the owner actually even he will comment on this himself but will anything be done about it?? No, of course not same response with every negative review on here! Went here today, and the staff here were extremely nice to me. This was my first time going to a car wash of this kind, and they made sure that I had a comfortable experience.

In fact their equipment is dated and strands of their wash mops that touch and wipe the car were wearing off real bad and no one seems to care. Even the guy who wipes dry the car post wash does such a crappy job that my car is always wet with sloppy water stains on windshield and glass…forget about drying the car.Just cancelled my membership! Found multiple scratches on my car and the owner won’t admit damage.

This business advertises an underbody wash when you choose “exterior wash # 2” or up, which is $13. Upon examining my vehicle after the wash, it was quite clear there was no underbody wash that was completed (see photo) It is very troubling when you see false advertising like that for a service. The rest of the wash was satisfactory but the underbody was untouched.
Stopped into have my car washed with the pull through. First time stopping in and the car wash ended up pushing my car into the vehicle in front of me, causing damages to the grille on my car. Asked for some reimbursement for the damages and was ignored for 2 weeks before being told they will not be providing compensation. This is an extremely poor example of a business. I will definitely not be recommending this place to any of my friends or any of my customers. Do your selves a favor and find another place with better business practices.
(Side note)the wash was less than adequate.
I love this place and highly recommend it! I’ve been going there for my oil changes for a few years now. They are quick, clean, professional && always very friendly! They are great with answering any questions, and they never try to push extra stuff to be done to your car just so they can charge extra money, (like a lot of other oil change places). && A lot of the times they have some sort of deal going on. && You don’t even have to get out of your car which is a plus! Also you get a free carwash when you get an oil change!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

Had gone in for. car wash and interior detail. It was not expensive. The staff was cordial but above all my car was cleaned very well. I would recommend anyone to try them out. In fact i plan to visit them periodically
