This is my first time using this establishment and it was family friendly, though it’s Sunday it’s not packed. This car wash/self vaccum is clean and organized. The dryers are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I subscribe to the $25/month unlimited car wash plan and, as long as you use it frequently each month, it’s a tremendous value.
That said, there are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The most important of these are two wheelstops at the vacuums that are in disrepair — one is pulverized on one side.

This car wash cleaned our dirty truck in no time…most automatic car wash facilities always miss something in particular on trucks…our truck was immaculate afterwards which includes the tires!
To top it all they offer powerful vacuums absolutely FREE! plenty of bays to park as well.

Bought a monthly pass for unlimited car wash. Only to be told after a day that you can wash only once a day. So much for what they say “ wash whenever you want “ sent message to owner and he still hasn’t responded back to me. I want to know what he means by unlimited. Zips Car Wash at Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach. Although they have a person in front where you pay for a car wash he does not tell you that half of the automatic brushes are not working and they don’t clean your car. When I told him about it he said they know about the problem but the top brushes clean the car so whatever you paid ….you paid. This company is a joke and although I was using it every week I will never be back again. I recommend everyone using the ones at 501 there are a few of them. They respect the customer much more than Zip Car Wash. Waste of money 💰

Two months without wraps is not ok.
Vacuums are great. Car wash is okay. There’s always some type of oil or something that smears on my car (my car is white) the substance is oily brown when I go through. I usually have to get a towel and scrub it a few times to get it off. depending on who’s running the car wash, they don’t always spray the “bug wash” on either before I go through.
Very bad customer relations. They were very rude and uncaring to a person to whom I had recommended this car wash. This was her first time there. She waited in a very long line and was ready with her credit card to pay. When she got there she couldn’t pay. Staff (owners?) told her that she had to have their special card in order to pay and then it would be charged to her credit card that she would have on file. They told her she should go over and park in front of the building and get one of their cards then wait in the very long line AGAIN to get a car wash. She asked if they would let her go through this time and she would come in immediately after and pay and get one of their special cards. “No!” She would have to wait in line again. Needless to say she did not get a car wash that day and she will not be back to that car wash.
Went and paid $20 for nothing. The car wash barely soaks your car before the brushes get to and the scrubbing itself is terrible. My wheels were dirtier than they went in would not recommend.
