I really enjoyed this car wash the workers that I spoke with were very helpful, and polite. Austin even convinced me to get a membership from there. Good job, keep up the good work. A few months ago I purchased a buy two get one free. They gave me a gift card for the other two. The attendant that helped me, had told me I had to use the free car wash by the end of the month and the gift card did not have an expiration. So when I went back today they told me my gift card was expired and I had to have used it within 2 months. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager didn’t even come to speak to me, he just told the worker that there was nothing that he could do and that it said on the screen that you have to use it within 2 months. Like seriously!? One, the manager was very unprofessional and should have spoke to me directly, rather than going off and hiding in the office and two, why would I read what was on the screen when the worker specifically told me that the gift card didn’t expire!? The layout is beautiful and clean not to mention very very spacious. For those that are claustrophobic, being able to look through the building as you travel through the wash is just what you need. Always great customer service and friendly smiling faces! Love this car wash along with the complimentary “light show” with the full package. Free vacuum and a dash wipe which I use to wipe down multiple hard surfaces. Now I never have to ride dirty!
Easy and simple carwash and great customer service. My good man Jesshar huge shoutout he help me with some questions I had and provided great customer service. My truck always comes out clean and would definitely recommend to everyone!
Not worth it for the price. There are better car washes for less. I felt that the staff hurried me up to pick a service.I know the Microfiber towels are free to use but they were wet. Supposedly wheel shine was added during the wash process but all I got was wheel shine on the rims. None on the tire. Atleast have someone put wheel shine on the tire for you. A water hose and a dirty rag would of done a better job.
This specific establishment is always clean and doesn’t have any missing vacuums!! Every employee I come across they have a great attitude especially Anthony, he approached my car with a very cheery smile today and I really appreciate his great service. This location is by far my favorite one!
I’m originally from Florida and I’ve been in Moreno Valley for four years and never been anywhere else to get my car wash. Everything works and there free towels for you to clean your car and the car wash charges the best rates and actually do an amazing job on my vehicles. I appreciate you guys thanks you.
