Bought an expensive new Ford Lightning, Antimatter Blue color. Definitely wanted to take initial steps to preserve its appearance in this high heat/UV environment. Researched several shops in the East Valley, all similar pricing. Accepted an invitation to visit AZ Auto Aesthetics and was sold during that visit. The shop is tidy, well-organized and the workers were all diligently attending to customers prized cars.
Weeks later, our vehicle arrived and we arranged for the following week to have:
Paint Correction (yes, even a brand new vehicle)
Ceramic Coating, including wheels
Paint Protective Film on entire front and A, B, and C pillars plus bed cover
Window TintResults are amazing: the Antimatter Blue really is highlighted now and the truck looks ready for shows
Garrison made sure he explained the processes and kept me informed along the way.
I can tell this team is well trained and disciplined as they went about doing their jobs.

But AZ Auto Aesthetics did a fantastic job and now my truck shines better than the day it came off the lot. Morgan who worked the front desk was nice and informative. I enjoyed getting pictures of the car during the day while the work is getting done which was a nice touch. The business uses square as a default payment method and prompts you to tip which can be in hundreds when you are using services that already cost in 1000s which felt a bit awkward. This business is pricier than few other shops we were looking at but i don’t regret it one bit and car looks IMMACULATE. I would highly recommend this place to anyone else for ceramic coating and the price includes paint repair if needed so that’s one less thing to worry about. I might as well have just washed my own car. This place used to be awesome, but their service has gone down extensively. My car is still DIRTY AF! These pictures don’t even do it justice because I cleaned up literal leaves & crumbs from the floor mats before I thought to take pictures. I didn’t think I would leave a review because I thought if I said something they would be able to CLEARLY SEE my car was still dirty. But when I complained, he told me I would have to get detailing service in order for them to clean what is pictured. Are you kidding me? What is the point of paying $15+ for a car wash if you’re not even going to clean the parts that are CLEARLY DIRTY? I could have paid $3 elsewhere for the same service. In fact, that’s what I would recommend you do. The icing on the cake is the “civic” label ALSO fell off my car. This place is no bueno.
Surprised to see some negative reviews about this car wash. I’ve been going here for about 6 months and have yet to had any sort of issue/concern. I get the VIP wash each time, with tip comes out to around $25. They vacuum and wipe down the interior while they hand wash the exterior adding Rain-X to the windows and put a wax coating on my truck. They do a great job cleaning the tires and wheels leaving my truck looking spotless. I am there waiting a little longer than I would like, but that comes to show the quality and performance of the car wash, that they take their time and pay attention to detail.

Still 5 stars bring my Mercedes a couple times a month and they always do phenomenal work with the vip package. Been coming here for years never had any issues quality control and service is great.
I came here the first time a few months ago, paid for the Works Wash. My carpets were still dirty and none of my interior was wiped down, both of which are included. I decided to give them another chance and not only did they barely vacuumed my carpets and didn’t wipe surfaces, and the exterior of my car is still dirty. All photos were taken immediately after leaving. Do not go here!
Don’t appreciate that I paid for the most expensive wash to come out looking the same way I went in. Then when I said something the girl tells me I was shoutout go to the prep wash first. You didn’t tell me to go to the prep wash first you were to busy chitchatting. They also don’t give any towels or air refresher? Why should I pay so much for this wash? The pictures are immediately after I washed it.
Eduardo did an amazing job on my vehicle. If I could have him detail my car every time, that would be awesome. This was my first time trying this place. It was hand washed and came out amazing inside. Extra time was definitely spent on my wash than I’m use to from the other car washed. I will be returning.
