It’s been almost three weeks since the bottom part of my bumper was taken off in the carwash. Filled out the report as requested and have made numerous attempts to contact a manager who is never there even I go and they never return my calls! Several time I have drove through multiple times with the same result. I signed up for the monthly service. Went through the 1st time and then discovered their vacuums don’t work in 3 out of the 4 bay area’s. Went through a second time and it left scratches on the side of my car. I made a report and was told the manager would contact me in 72 hours but I never received a call, VM, email, absolutely no response back from them at all. The one month renewal is today and I planned to stop by there today and cancel my service but apparently they have already charged my card for the second month. Then I received a text from Zips today requesting a Google review. Well, ask and you shall receive!!! I would have given no star’s if it was an option. Pathetic customer service (management wise because the employees on site were helpful) and piss poor cleaning equipment. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not refund today’s charges and fix the scratches on my car.
This is my go to car wash of choice. The staff is always friendly! And they are open at convenient times with free vacuuming for your car. Tasja is amazing! Excellent customer service!
Why be open if the car wash is broken? Why allow me to pay $20 for a horrible car wash? When I asked the attendant to run me through again, she admitted that half of the brushes were not working and if I would have bought the membership, I could go to another Zips and get the whole car clean???? Seriously?? I was then instructed to use the free towels and spray to finish cleaning my car. BTW to second pass did nothing to improve the cleanliness of my car. I see now why no one was using the car wash. Everybody was there for the free vacuums and towels, without car wash purchase.
Bishop is amazing! As someone who works in customer service, I love good service. I told him I was having an issue with a discount code and he found a way to resolve it. If you have the pleasure of having him assist you, guarantee that you’ll be more than satisfied. He absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion. You can never have enough employees that provide this level of care.
Had the best experience. I had a coupon for a free car wash that expired. Arina or Arona ( I can’t read the name very well) but she hooked me up and made my day. Her customer service is amazing!
