I just wanted to thank the team at Premium Finish for all of the hard and detailed work they did on my M5! I had my car in for paint correction and to apply a ceramic coating to protect the paint. My car came out phenomenally and I am super impressed at the work they did. I bought this car preowned and the paint wasn’t quite in the condition where I wanted it with light scratches and swirls on the paint. They were able to get out all of the scratches and swirls and even some scratches I never thought would come out did. Had my 1979 lincoln paint corrected with there “werks” package and I am beyond happy with the work performed. The car had heavy clear coat oxidation and I never expected to to look as good as it does now. The staff was very professional and you could tell they really care about what they do. I hate leaving one star reviews I really do but this time I just couldn’t help myself because this experience was unacceptable. I paid $38 for a car wash with money on top for a tip before even getting the car wash, and even asked the attendant before I left my car if the cupholders specifically could be cleaned as part of the interior service and she said yes that is included so I didn’t need to worry. It wasn’t until down the road that I realize that my cupholders are still very dirty after leaving the car wash as well as many other parts of the interior after waiting an hour to get the interior cleaned. Called and the management did not offer me any solutions. The waiting space and the car wash itself was nice but I feel for the money you could just go somewhere else. This is actually hilarious 😂
I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first but going to found out for myself was an experience I’ll say. $43 fee($38+5 tip) Each photo except the cup holder photo you could multiple by 4. Now the cup holder results were AFTER they didn’t do them the first time I had noticed when i got in the car and they still come out like this. There are enough reviews on here so go at your own risk I’ll say. But I’d rather do it myself then feel like I’ve been ripped off 😕
I feel bad writing this because people were standing out in the heat. The car wash is decent but the inside cleaning isn’t done very well. Just got done here and the inside of my car looks like it wasn’t even touched. I could clean the inside better at home. There was one guy there who seemed like he cared. The other people said “the vacuum won’t get that stuff”. I find that hard to believe because my small vacuum at home can clean it out just fine. They also didn’t even wipe anything down.
Reading the other recent reviews, it comes to no surprise that I’m writing a 1 star review. Everyone seemed very nice and I could tell there were a couple employees that cared about the job they were doing, but not enough to see any difference in my Volvo.
unfortunately, I had to come home and clean the interior of the car myself AFTER spending $40 plus expecting the car to look better. I think it’s expected for the mats to be removed and vacuumed under. The seats weren’t vacuumed and still had crumbs on them. Footmarks that I quickly removed when I got home.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back for a long time.
I had a similar experience as many other patrons. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. The waiting area/lobby is clean and updated. There are a plenty of employees on staff; I counted at least a dozen. But the interior clean is really just…non-existent. I’m attaching some photos for reference. (Photos were taken at the completion of the job.) I don’t expect the job to be perfect; it’s not a full detail. It’s just quite a waste of money, and it does seem like the staff are just standing around talking.
