I was in desperate need of my passenger seat to be professionally cleaned. I have been having that bad stain for over 2 years. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. So this is the second time in a year that I have been less than satisfied with the services provided. So that’s 2/2!
This location is definitely not providing the same quality service they did when they first opened.
So I paid the most expensive wash both times when I went. The 1st trip I had to go through the wash twice Bc I wasn’t given a “tag.” The 2nd trip I got a “tag” the attendant looked at it and acknowledged it then provided the same subpar service.
I know the argument is that with Covid everyone is short staffed…. This was not the case, the establishment was open, two guys were working the drive in area. One barely passed the scrub brush on the trunk of the car the other guy misted very sparingly and pushed a button. Neither of which provided the services folks are paying for. That’s not understaffed that’s lazy staff.
Amazed today! I visit Classic Auto Spa once a week. Facility is clean and I always receive good service. This week when I presented my USAA credit card the attendant asked me if I am a veteran. Of course I was surprised. She proceeded to inform me that the owners are recognizing customers that have served our country. I do not know the owners but I suspect they are patriots.
The reason that everyone is having to re input their financial information is because the business has been sold to new owners. Be aware of this.
Nothing has changed that I can tell but selling out normally comes with changes that are not good. We shall see because this place does have the best price membership for full service car washes.
I just left classic auto spa on johnston st. for the LAST time. There’s no more tire shine guys now. Which is understandable. They’ve done that before during covid. No big deal. I would just get the $5 wash and wash my rims and tires myself. Normally, the $15 wash would get you an upgraded wash and tire shine by the guys. Well NOW, they said they have a $15 wash that includes the tire shine with the wash. By the machines. Well not only did that NOT work, my truck came out FILTHY. I just spent $15 and an hour cleaning my truck. I feel like i just got robbed. If I wanted to wash my truck for an hour, I would have just done it myself. Im officially done with classic auto spa.
Used these guys for a while now, one morning the wash ripped my mirror cover off of my vehicle. Immediately reported to management which verified the cause of the damage via surveillance. They requested estimates on repairs. Once fulfilled, communication decreased and now getting the run around. Refusing to give insurance information or video footage. Never had issues with the location in carencro to be fair. Only the Johnston St. Wash.
