Its not worth! They really didn’t cleaning up inside. You can do a better cleaning in 5min than the work here. Much better pay $12 in a normal car wash and just cleaning up yourself after. The first person I came across started barking orders to me as if I worked for him. When I asked how much the car wash was going to be he put a laminated piece of paper in front of me as if I was going to suddenly just understanding having never seen it before it was very irritated that I couldn’t figure out instantly what it what their pricing schedule was. Craig provided excellent customer service and great time management. Craig and his team was able to get my Tesla wrapped and tinted efficiently in a timely manner without any discrepancies. By Don Nguyen (11 months ago)Elite Clear Bra is just that, ELITE. I had them do a full body PPF Xpel Stealth wrap & Xpel ceramic coat on my brand new ’21 Mercedes Benz E63s AMG. The car already had a matte (magno) paint from the factory which is why I went with the Stealth.
Sandra at Elite Clear Bra has downright exceptional customer service! I had the car shipped directly from an out of state dealership to Elite Clear Bra. I live in Northern California so I couldn’t be there to accept the vehicle. The drop off needed to happen on a Sat morning, and Sandra woke up early and met the driver at 8am on her day off! She inspected the car to make sure there was no damage and accepted the delivery of my new car. Wow!
Throughout the process Sandra kept me updated with the progress they were making. It was really cool to see all of the step and how it all went down. Since I was flying into SoCal to pick up the car and drive it home Sandra even offered to pick me up at the airport. If that isn’t amazing customer service I don’t know what is.
All of this even before you take into account what I hired them to actually do, protect my new AMG. Elite Clear Bra does flawless work on the car itself. The Xpel Stealth wrap is perfect. They wrap all corners and curves making the wrap almost invisible. They removed the necessary items off the car to make sure the wrap protects every inch of the car. Some places will not remove tail lights, door handles, etc., but Elite Clear Bra does it all.
I’ve had the car for a month now and washing it is an absolute breeze. I do a lot of freeway driving and now I don’t have to worry about rock chips or scratches. Excellent service and extremely reasonable price.. plenty of places to park and detail your car in the shade with all the covered awnings. High compression hose to blow out little crevices and two different style vacuum hoses. They also have a Doggie wash station. My original post 8 months ago I gave five stars but because of the repeated dirty looks I get from the towel dry people for not tipping I am removing some Stars. I pay for a monthly service and part of that service is the towel dry. If I don’t have the extra dollars in my pocket I’m not going to give it and therefore I don’t deserve or appreciate a dirty look.
The guys there do an awesome job at helping you upfront and then drying your car after. Definitely bring cash to tip, well worth the Diamond package.
Car wash guys went out of there way to make sure my vehicle was spotless leaving the car wash. For an express wash this is the place to go! Curious. Great customer service clean. Friendly. Fast.
Best place to take your car especially if it is a dark color. They actually know how to wash a dark car with out leaving swirl marks.
I asked Miguel for help, he was very polite and helpul. You should hire more people like him.
