- Reviews:Normally I go here for my cars and I like results. Today I took my truck and was unhappy. The wash made more of a mess than anything as the bed was dirty. The manager came out but said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t offer to run it through again which was kinda slack I think. He did offer to clean the windows but the truck bed was still sandy. I don’t suggest running a truck thru there. Take it to a diy drive in and spray. When this happens it makes me decide to go elsewhere or do it myself. There was a few places that needed to be cleaned again, but I am very picky when it comes to paying someone to clean my car. So my problem is I have never been to a Autobell Car wash that the crew drying and cleaning out the cars just walked around talking to each other. It pained me to see this crew moving around so slow. Any other Autobell Car wash I’ve been to there are a few crew members running from point to point and just moving with a purpose. One young man walked around so slow looking at each car’s ticket to see what had to be done and moved to the next like he was looking for the easiest one he could work on. Now there were at least 7 to 10 vehicles waiting to be dried and cleaned. I talked to the Manager of the Crew and he advised me that my pain hasn’t gone unnoticed by management. I never write bad reviews for a few bad workers but this was so painful to watch for 45 min while waiting for my car to be done. I felt EVERYONE in the Gastonia area should know. I had vacuumed it a few days prior, it literally looks the exact same as it did when I took it there with the exception of the outside being cleaned. If I pay for the package that includes the interior cleaning then that’s what I expect. I will add photos later but this was such a waste of time and money. I have called their number and currently am waiting for a call back. I will update the review at a later time if/when they contact me back. Fantastic service. The vacuums are free with a car wash but you can also purchase it separately for $3. I got the basic wash to try it out and I loved it. The staff were so nice and friendly. I came on 1/11 around 11am and I loved the experience! I highly highly recommend it.
I also saw they do unlimited washes for $20 a month. I have a toddler so my car is always dirty lol.

Even though this carwash has self-serve cleaning, the attendants at the site are very helpful and very accommodating. They offer assistance at the pay station, the rug cleaning unit and even check with customers who are vacuuming their vehicles to see if the customers need a helping hand.
Excellent car wash. Strong vacuum suction. Kept clean and tidy. No tipping. The monthly unlimited is a great deal. Free microfiber cloths and window cleaner provided. Gets backed and busy sometimes because it’s so good.
Getting my car washed here was a 10/10 experience. The staff were extremely helpful even though they had a line to the street. There were a few spots on the hood of my car that would not come off no matter how hard I scrubbed. I went to ask for a sponge to clean it myself, and the site manager Ivan stopped what he was doing and came to help. He was unsuccessful at first but went back inside to grab a different product and it’s as if the spot was never there. His attention to detail and making sure I left with a clean car was truly amazing. I will definitely be stopping here again and I recommend this car wash to everyone I talk to!
