I signed up last week for a monthly service. The gentleman who helped me walked through every step of the process. He was conscientious, attentive, and spent time to explain every single thing about their services. I used the car wash for the first time today and the same gentleman was there. He absolutely has customer service down! I will learn his name on my next visit and compliment him by name in my next review. The vacuums here have lost their suction but they do set out free cleaner to use and I love that. The car wash itself is not bad but does leave some dirt or a feature may not work on some washes. Over all this is a decent place. I will say if you get a membership here it can be tricky to cancel.

After the guy guided me in to the track he walked away. Our first time there is was great but after this time. I don’t know that we will be going back.. Been there 2 times in the past month. The first visit I paid for the automatic wash and I was very, very disappointed. My car was almost as dirty as before. Kid didn’t spray presoak on my car except for front. Even the hubcaps remained dirty. Second time I did the manual wash. The presoak spray must’ve been clogged or empty as a trickle was all that came out of the nozzle. The free vacuum hose nozzel kept coming off. Also, I believe there isn’t enough signage so someone new to the establishment will know where to go once finished. My vehicle about got hit TWICE because he allows people to wash Boats with Huge trailers blocking what is already a unsafe exite. Evansville Westside. Him and his Management were very unprofessional and some kind of accident is doomed to happen. They also I know for a fact Never clean out their brushes, so make sure if you go, use Touchless or your car may get scratched like mine. Would give it five stars. But, the “tire shine” does not cover the entire tire. The spray on the tires is not uniform.
Wash does a better job than their competitor on the north side. Especially in removing rinse spot residue.
Good car wash but not consistent with their practices. I’ve used this car wash in my Raptor around 15 times with no issues. Today the gentleman told me my truck was too wide. The GM came out and talked with me and said that he “doubts” that I’ve been there before because they would have caught it. The inconsistency and the fact that the GM implied that I was lying has brought me to the conclusion that I will probably never visit mikes again. Lucas wash down the road did a great job today.
Also, Mikes make out a check to my wife by accident and did not know they made it out to the wrong person – we voided the check and called them to inform them of their mistake – then the GM implies that I lied about being there before in my truck. Ridiculous.
The only reason I put one star was so I could write a review. We paid $29 and still had to pay $2 to Vaccume out our truck. Will not be coming back.
I could understand stand if we hadn’t paid for the top wash, but for $29 you should get to use Vaccume free
Normally get a good car wash here. Last trip today though I paid for the ultimate and my tires looked dirtier than when I got there (3 stage tire cleaning where?). Will give them 1 more chance and will switch car wash business. 35 dollars and got a basic wash. If I get another bad experience will take a picture and post it.
Never been here before. So I pulled in for a wash and I was waiting in line for awhile. Well cars started cutting in front of us and the employee even SAW these people cutting and allowed those people to do it. I told the employee that was BS! Sooo CHILDISH!! Then I paid $11 for a basic car wash that should have cost $7!!! RIP OFF!!! Then come to find out vacuums are $2 !!! This place is a huge RIP OFF!! I’ll never go back considering my experience and the price! Didn’t even clean my car that good.
