First time going here based on reviews. Overall I thought they did a good job. I had bought the exterior with wheel shine.
The dry cloth wipe down missed the top line on the back window, so I have a bit of a dirt line across it. Though I understand. It’s a little out of sight with the built in wind foil.
When he did the wheel shine, he leaned his hand on the side panel he just dried so now there’s a solid wheel shine hand mark on the passenger side. Again nothing that’s a deal breaker, just little things.
I would recommend this business to a friend if they needed a car wash. 😀
By Jordan Steves (2 months ago)Due to some issues beyond my control, my car had not been washed or vacuumed for almost 2 years, I took it to the Royal car wash today and when I left my car looked 1000% better. Even the stubborn dirt underneath my rear window hatch and my bug deflector that did not get taken off in the wash itself was removed by hand on the finish side. I know that sounds a little goofy but I’m gonna tell you what, these guys did a wonderful job and that is not the last time my car will be in that car wash. This is without even mentioning, but I will anyway, when my car came out the other end, my wheels was shining like diamonds. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up a couple of my cars. The value is unbeatable. They even buffed out foam residue and scratches left over from a botched sticker removal attempt. I wasn’t sure it was possible but it looked like it was never there after a couple minutes of pro bono polish. Highly Reccommend.

It’s a car was so there’s not much to it but I watch that guy clean the back every car that came through. Then didn’t even so much as spray the back of mine. Some heavier guy with a big beard. Of course I’m a person of color and the other customers weren’t so I assume that’s why I wasn’t given the same level of service

Took my work car here for a quick wash before an event. There was a long line, but it went quickly. The line did go out into traffic, which made things a little difficult.
