HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 45 minutes in line as their gates were malfunctioning when we reached the attendant he took our money, and manually opened the gate. Upon going through they must have put the wrong setting for our vehicle so when we reached the end upper roller would not let us go forward, causing a 3 vehicle pile up, damaged vehicles, and a $25 no wash, wash. Ended up being over 3 hour car wash, police report experience with absolutely no hope of any reimbursement. Management at this location is a joke, business went on usual for them. Corporate no need to respond as it will do nothing to change our review. FOLKS JUST REMEMBER ONCE YOUR ON THAT DRIVE CHAIN THE MACHINE IS IN CONTOL.By D. O. The car had been through a tough week on the so I was please at the great cleaning inside and out. The wheels were done slightly less than preferred, but then again they were road trip filthy. The price is right and I have faith in the team.By Colleen McLain (5 months ago)When my vehicle came out of the wash bay, it stopped as it should, but when it was not retrieved for a bit, it jolted and rolled away on its own until it hit the wheelstops. Had it gone over the wheelstop, it would have rolled over the bank and into the road below.
After they dried the vehicle, I noticed they did not do the wheels. I pointed this out and they were done. I then got in to drive away and noticed none of the windows were done inside. I backed up and asked they be done. That’s when I noticed mud inside the driver door that not been cleaned off. I took a rag and cleaned it myself, thinking it was just missed. As I drove away, I then noticed that NONE of the inside had been wiped.
After I got home as I was cleaning the interior myself, I noticed that only one running board had been cleaned.
Incredibly BAD job. I paid for a number 1 “whole 9 yards”, but they missed the wheels, the windows, the interior and one running board. I can’t believe I paid someone for this terrible wash job. We came here last year once and they were great. Clearly not any more. I do NOT recommend them at all. Very disappointing.

Just 1 hours ago I done oil change for our car 🤯🤕.
Synthetic Oil change includes Free Platinum Wash Service, however workers asked more money.
I asked clean doors in inside, they asked more $69.99 🤯🤕. We done before same service that was perfect, today so so bad and horrible. We paid more $7 for Rubber Mats, what Included before.
I believe what Owner this is Business will love make costumes happy, because Costumes made business. However workers not value job what they have and have chance make money also not respect, not valued clients. In my Business never will be workers who not respect my Clients and my Business.
This is people destroy Business and life people. We paid a lot money for our Car’s.
I so bad feeling after this is service.

Great job. Got my truck looking new pretty much. Missed a couple dog hairs and maybe some water drops on the inside of the grill, tiny lil spots, not a big deal at all. Happy as can be. Great service, reasonable prices and they have plenty of guys working to ensure a short wait. Will def be coming back.

Definitely will become a regular here. Reasonable prices, the guys are so nice and I was highly impressed with how my car came out. I had my seats shampooed and they got all the stains out. It’s was $70 with tax for all four seats and included a car wash which I highly appreciated. Worth the money and great customer service(:
I’ve been using Bonita bubbles for years and always loved them!! However , last few times I went recently I’ve been disappointed. My exterior had spots all over it and also the inside doesn’t look like it was touched at all. I get it if I got the basic package but I always pay extra for platinum package. Very disappointed.
