We were extremely impressed with our ending results with Super Star Car Wash. We dropped our vehicle off and six hours later we receive a call about fully finished. Upon arrival we were shocked too find a brand new looking car. They were able to buff out a number of scratches. Along with a few stains on the interior upholstery completely removed. Again very impressed with Super Star Car Wash!! I went in for an oil change and car wash. Combined this took over 45 mins. I was told it would take 20. When they called me to come pick up my car. I noticed that the whole driver side of my car was soaked. They washed my car with one of the windows down… Some of my personal items had been damaged.
I went in to tell the cashier and was told that only the GM can approve partial refunds. I was ready to leave after being there for close to an hour. I also had my 5 year old daughter with me who was more than ready to leave.
It took the GM 15 mins to come out. He told me that all they would be willing to do is dry it for me. And that would take 5 mins. Not sure how he planned on fixing my damaged personal items. I told him I wanted a partial refund and I did not want to spend anymore time there. He told me that he would do nothing then.
They didn’t even vacuum or clean the inside which I paid extra for.
They put a sheet of plastic over my seat and that was it.
GM was rude and acted as if only his time mattered. Had zero customer service skills.
I will NEVER go to another superstar car wash and I hope you save your time and money as well.

I parked in the self-service so my daughter an I can wipe some of the dustoff. I left from my usual oil change and my car started smoking… I got home and lifted up the hood to find a few of these drawn. Joy. I took my car back to this location to figure out why it was smoking (my dad and i assumed they overfilled my oil) and speak to the manager about this brand new art that adorned my car… needless to say the manager was very upset. My oil was 2 quarts overfilled and the oil that seeped out was burning on my engine causing the huge cloud of smoke when I hit 45MPH. For the money i paid id think you’d actually have a clean car but dirt still on carpet and windows are dirtier now then when we went in. but it was quick and at least got some of the dirt off the car. If you need something done on the spot its ok but just don’t expect much attention to the details of actual cleaning aspect of the work done. Disappointed for paying over a hundred dollars with tipBy Clay Haase (a year ago)I went in and paid for “the works” expecting to get a decent vacuuming and outside wash and wax. I got the outside wash and wax which looked nice, but the interior wasn’t vacuumed well (if at all). Now keep in mind, this isn’t a full detailing service that’s $130+, but for $30-$40 you expect something a little better than your average $10 wash and self vacuum at a gas station. Unfortunately, the trip wasn’t worth it and I will probably stick to the cheaper car washes and self vacuum services unless I’m paying for a professional detail. If your expecting a pro detail, that is not cobblestone auto spa. It was busy and I think the staff felt rushed to get all the cars through quickly so the attention to detail wasn’t there. If you do end up trying this location, just be sure to check it while you are there and don’t leave until you are satisfied. The staff was very friendly, but these guys are pushing through a ton of cars and they will not treat it like it’s their own.
On a positive note, the manager of this location made it right and offered to have us come back and re-do it or give us a refund because we lived further away. We really appreciated and expected that so that is why I gave 3 stars and not 1 or 2. My suggestion would be to develop and train the staff to focus on attention to detail for the interior cleaning and to slow down and take their time to avoid people coming back or getting refunds. Thank you to the management staff for listening to our concerns, best of luck in the future 🙏
By Jesse Rosenbaum (a year ago)10/22/22 I arrived at cobblestone around 11:45 AM to get it a full detail. I was charged $288, I ran errands and arrive back to the location around at 1 PM. I noticed my vehicle off to the side (I thought services were rendered) so I attempted to open the door. the car was still the way I brought it in and nothing was out of the normal. 3 PM my car was given back to me with damages on the driver side seat. The be wasn’t detailed properly and unfinished. The floor mats were wet. An employee said I had to air dry them over night 😳🤯 after bringing the damages to management attention, Kyle informed me that the vehicle came in like that. He also agreed the vehicle wasn’t detailed. I told him I just purchased the car and it was less than a year old and nothing was wrong with the vehicle when I brought it in. He gave me a written incident report, stating his employee noticed it was broken, and when he went to moved the seat it broke altogether. I informed Kyle if the seat was broken before the services rendered, it would have been brought to my attention. I asked him to pay for the damages. He told me to call the general manager. I reached out to them multiple times over multiple weeks and still haven’t heard nothing back from the company. Mostly to shampoo the seats since I have complete custom cut out plastic mats for the flooring. So they didn’t even need to do much for the flooring at all. The seats were still soaked and now they have big water stains on them and the existing stain that was on the front seat is much bigger. The seats look so much worse than when I brought it in. I really can’t believe I paid that amount of money to make it look so much worse. Not only that they kept my car overnight and I had a flat on the way home. So I Brought it in on Tues around 10am. They said it should be a 3-4 hours. Kept calling to check on status they said it would be ready at 6pm. Then at 5:30pm they called and said “we couldn’t get to your car today. We will do it first thing in the morning.” I was so mad but I needed it done and they already took up my whole day waiting, it wasn’t gonna be for nothing. Then Wednesday morning comes and I get down there around 10:30am. Still wasn’t ready. I went and paid for it. And waited another 20 mins and then finally left with my car. 10 mins into my drive home and I had a flat tire. My tires are brand new!!! I Had to wait for an hour and half for roadside assistance to come change it. Then take it to discount tire on a doughnut and wait there for another 2hours. Then I had to leave all my car doors and trunk open all night for the seats to dry because we were leaving to Vegas Thursday morning. Great experience! I messed up and decided to wash the car last minute. The guys here understood my situation and got me out of here under an hour, which shows the dedication and hard workers they have at this location. Shout out to Miguel for putting in the work and doing an amazing job. My dad used to have negative thoughts on this place but today’s visit will bring us back soon! Amazing 👌
Terrible place to get your car washed. It left spots on my car. Had to wipe it down with a wet cloth when I got home and then dry it again. Don’t waste your time. Go to the wash on Van Buren and Avondale Boulevard; no spots left on your car. I won’t be back to this location.
Check your cars after wash. I had mine washed twice and its still not $50 clean… infact the inside of the doors and the seats seem dirtier. Super unfortunate.
People outside the carwas worked quickly and politely to get my car as well as the other cars done with a smile. The employee tee inside the store were also very friend. I never felt rushed or as if they just wanted to take my money and have me gone. I definitely will return in future and recommend to my family and friend. I only got a quick basic wash but when going inside the store, I was greeted by Jennifer. She was friend, made sure to ask how my experience was and made me feel like she cared and wasn’t just asking to be polite. This is a great place to get your car washed, even if you don’t have them vacuum and do it your self..will return many times in future. Great staff there.
